This app changed my life with the help of a nutritionist and from this app i managed to lose weight and be healthier, it's the best health app you can imagine, besides being very easy to use
This app is simply amazing... it has helped me maintain a healthy eating routine and meal plan!. It would be great to be able to see all the meals I would prepare in one place, so that when I go shopping I can buy what I need, instead of having to go from meal to meal, day to day. But overall I recommend it 100%.
