What an incredible scam this is. I was enticed with a personalized approach, a personal coach, and an attainable goal. I went through a series of questions, downloaded their app, and was supposed to get connected to a coach. But guess what? I wasn't really connected. Instead, I was assigned a coach who was so booked that I couldn't get an appointment until the last day of my trial period.
To make matters worse, I received an email with three links promising me information about a weight loss plan, but none of them worked. Frustrated, I reached out to my so-called "coach" who took three whole days to respond, only to tell me she had no idea what I was talking about. Desperate for a solution, I contacted the support team, and their brilliant advice was for me to delete and redownload the app, which I obediently did. Guess what? It still didn't work.
This app is nothing more than a shameless money grab. They lure you in with great marketing, take whatever they can from you, and then provide absolutely no product or service in return. It's disgraceful, and they should be utterly ashamed of themselves!
The personalized coaching sessions really helped me tailor a fitness and diet plan that aligns with my lifestyle. I've seen tremendous progress and I'm really happy with my current fitness level. It's become so much more than a weight loss app for me - it's a life-changer. I couldn't ask for a friendlier, more intuitive app to accompany me on this journey towards better health!

After spending time to fill out the information, I wasn't interested after they finally gave the price. Canceled immediately and a week later was charged $35. Never even tried the program Don't go near this app!

Here is my experience with them I decided to do the trial and then went for the six months thinking they would bill weekly. Instead they billed the trial cost of $3 and then $595 right up front. After seeing bad reviews I decided to cancel I contacted them within a hour asking to cancel and refund the money. After two days they finally responded and said they would be happy to cancel but would not refund any money at all So beware they take your money and never refund, even if you got absolutely no service or product at all. They are paid through paypal so the money is gone The bank is not saying they will cover this.

They get you to pay different fair amount for the 7 days trial but when you finally checkout gets you to pay for the whole 6 months literally $595 AND they charged for the trial try to ask for my refund but they told me that I had selected the 6months how is it that I skipped the trial but still got charged for it too? Then covered themselves with "it's non-refundable " you guys are THIEVES!

This app is a scam. 1. You fill a form 2. You download this app 3. The app is completely black and you can not use it 4. You agree to free trial 5. You complain about the app they recommend other one - orange background 6. You download that one and you agree to pay 20.99 EUR for the orange one 7. Suddenly you get 35 USD billed every week 8. No service provided, no explanation, no invoice 9. Payment is not done via AppleStore

I have tried cancelling after the free trail but its seems you can't.
I managed to get a message to them asking to cancel. It seems my account has been cancelled but they still took payment off my card without authorisation again today. They've taken 9 weeks of payments to me and will not refund it

It's hidden and I didn't authorize them to charge me and I need my refund for 25 charges and I'm reporting bfraud

First of all, they charged me 3! Times on the first day (total of 30€!), and when I saw it I said ok, let's try it anyway. After 2 weeks of use, I can confidently say, that it is a glorified calorie tracker with a personal messaging BOT. I got no new information, only internet links I could easily search myself. Disgusting, I can't believe I wasted my money on this.
I really think all the positive reviews are bots as well because I cannot fathom how this app could help anyone.

They have blocked my account so I can't even complain anymore at this point without paying to sign up again. I still had 3 weeks that was paid for when they shut me down

They make you go through an extensive survey about your goals and such, then once you get to the end they make you pay 20 a week. At least let us know if you're gonna charge us before having us sit down and indulge in 15 minutes of wasted time.

Deserves a 0. Once you sign up for this scam of an app it doesn't allow you to cancel it no matter how many times you try. The only way to cancel it seems to be to close your bank account and open up a new one so they can't get their slimy hands on YOUR money! I'm the parent of a minor who signed up for this App and who, after months on her own of trying to cancel it, has asked me to get involved. Well, you cannot call them; you cannot email or text them (well you can), but they never respond. My daughter tried to cancel it a number of times going back to June. They stopped taking payments from July - September, but then all of a sudden started taking out money again, like blood sucking mosquitos. I wanted to find out if they were a BBB accredited company, so I could complain through them. But, any company that willfully continues to take money from the consumer after they have cancelled doesn't have the integrity to be a BBB organization. We are closing her bank account tomorrow. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Run the other way!
