My experience with Melissa was Awesome. She was very detailed and professional. She gave me insight on what I needed.
It's my first time, and i had my first meeting with my health coach, Jillann. She listened to all my questions and gave me a proper idea on what to do and how to start my program. The call was extremely helpful and i got an idea on what kind of food and what kind of a workout plan would help me get to my goal. Thank you able for giving me a good start to a healthier lifestyle!

Be aware this app is a complete scam. I saw it on a website and I thought it might be a good idea for some recipes to lose some weight. I never even download it I clicked on the three dollar option for the seven day trial. Next thing I see they charge my card three dollars then they charge my card 595. I messaged them to ask why they would do that when I only agreed-upon the three dollars and I never even download the app, they stated that I agreed upon the full year of service. Nothing was in notes that stated that I am currently on disability as I just had brain surgery a month ago and the monies I have are needed as I'm getting ready to go into treatment for radiation and chemotherapy. This company. Haddad asked me to write me back and say that they could not refund me. I never clicked on that option. I was never aware of any 595 charge again do not download this app. This is a complete scam.

I really like the Vibrant approach. Logging meals, weight, and water intake is so much less time-consuming than other sites, and I can see my results and progress in one easily accessible page!
What I really like about Vibrant is having my own personal health coach! Heather P. Has been a great trouble-shooter and encourager on the journey helping me to get out of ruts and plateaus. She asks wise questions, and offers wise tidbits to help jumpstart my efforts. She didn't just hand me a pre-packaged plan as a "one size fits all" approach, but tailored diet and exercise advice to my interests and challenges. Heather is a great cheerleader!

Within the first few days I know I had made a good choice. The coach was very supportive. She had suggestions and helped me set goals. She helped me start more mindful habits to reach my goals. She checked in to see how I was doing and how she could help. If you're struggling or just want to get started give it a try. You won't regret it.

Since our first chat, Amy made me feel at ease, she was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen and ask questions and was extremely attentive to everything I had to say and for every single point, she had an action plan and a different perspective. She always follows up with me which I really like and she is an empathetic and down to earth person. I really enjoy working with her and definitely recommend her as a great coach!

I was looking for an accountability partner when I found the Able App, but having a health coach provided me with so much more: support, advice, and valuable information. Coach Carrie is supportive, knowledgeable, thoughtful and friendly, and our communication helped me a lot. I am giving five stars because of all the above, but would like to note that there is a small glitch in the food logger: when I scroll back to review the week, the photos of the meals are not displayed on my screen. Other than that, kudos to Able, well done.
