This is my first every time doing anything like this, I was assigned Sol as my coach and after our first call I could tell immediately that she is 100% the right coach for me. Our values and ideals match up perfectly, she specialises in the exact thing I want to learn and our communication flows effortlessly. Over all very please with my experience so far and very happy to have been match with Sol.

Sol has been brilliant and has got me off to a great start with really realistic goals that are individually suited to me. She hasn't overloaded me with changes, just small, manageable things that fit around me. Sol is also great at getting me to act on my goals. She's a fabulous accountability partner! Lost 1.5 kg in the first week :)

I wasn't sure what to expect with an app based coaching experience. It felt like a gamble. What if the coaching style isn't a match? What if I just feel overwhelmed with too much advice and too many new things to try?

I really haven't used the Able features except at the beginning. The reason I signed up for 3 months after the trial period is because I really enjoy working with Dawn as my coach. She is easy to talk to and is available often and offers support and great ideas.

This APP was clearly designed to deceive customers.
After the first trial charge of USD 0.50 and Able sent me a Welcome email a second charge of USD 595 was notified per my Card. Immediately I wrote to ABLE, I mean 15 minutes later.

I authorize only 0.50 USD. At any moment a value of 595 USD appears on my screen to be validated. At any moment this value was displayed and clearly. The App was not clear about displaying their limited or no return policy.
I am not asking for a 'refund' I am asking for my money back because your app made a Mistake charging my card with 595 USD at the time WITHOUT any validation.
I am sure I only saw the trial value and at any moment I asked to authorize the charge of 595 Dollars on my card. How does your app allow it? It seems it was designed to lead customers to comment on this mistake.
Moreover, As soon as I saw it in my Card Notification (yes because my Card notified it but Able not, reported immediately for both.
Could you please check it again? I do not authorize this 595 to be charged to my Wise card at all.
I really hope we can solve it in terms of both USA and EU legislation.

I enjoyed talking to Virginia because it was my first time meeting her. She made me feel at ease, was excellent with words, and was also understanding when I needed more time. I thought that was very understanding of her, and as soon as we got back on the phone. It was extremely relaxed, and instead of just telling me what we were going to do, she asked me what I was comfortable with, and what I wasn't comfortable with. I think that was a good question to ask because it made me feel like like we could come up with a plan that I can stick to because I'm already comfortable doing it. And we did.

I subscribed to Able thinking that there was a free trial and then reasonable weekly payments. I was charged $595 USD (which I cannot afford) and was told that I could not be refunded MINUTES after the charge went through on my credit card. After contacting them several times explaining what had happened, they refused to rectify the situation.
