Able charged me $350 and refuses to refund my money even though I cancelled within days of signing up. Their customer service is not helpful and now my bank is involved. It's an outrageously expensive scam. Beware.

I had this Servuce available to me through my employer. I called to inquire because I wanted to start up therapy sessions again. The lady on the phone was nice enough to schedule an appointment for me. I was really happy and cleared my morning for the appointment just to not get a call. My appointment passed and the therapist never even bothered to reach out. I called back in to make another appointment. I was in the car as a passenger and the lady said she needed me to be outside of the care because of their "policy ". I stepped out of the car and she said I needed to call back when I we available to make an appointment. I insisted I wasn't driving and needed to reschedule my appointment. She did not want to help me. Super insensitive and unprofessional!Every time you call you need to either be put on hold for an hour or request a callback. They make it so difficult just to get an appointment with a therapist. Don't waste your time or money here I would rather pay hundreds of dollars to deal with professionals and deal with these people.

I wish I could give them less stars. Strange reoccurring charges started appearing on my account and I realized that this company has somehow charged me for two accounts, so when I canceled the first they continued to charge me on a second email address tied to my account which made it very difficult to cancel. I have not received any services, and recommend you not give them your card info. The company refuses to refund me so now I'm filing disputes with my bank. Shady company, I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

My computer froze after I filled in my details and changed my mind at the last step. I walked away thinking I had not registered. Fast forward $280 later ($35/week) for a service I never used. Asked for a refund. Was informed it was not possible because I signed up for it and those were the terms of service I agreed to. Terrible customer service. Don't be fooled to sign up for this if they can't process a refund for a service one never uses.

I regret that I didn't see first the reviews before I signed up for trial, the charge you nearly 30 pound for 6 days. I cancelled my subscription as the app is actually a scam itself but they still got my money. I asked for refund and their response was that the don't refund. Do I actually have to close my bank account because of this scammers? Not surprised they don't answer to the reviews either.
