Terrible experience. I took a long quiz and paid.50 cents only to have received ambiguous communication that was a way to trick me into paying for something I'd didn't want. DELETE MY ACCOUNT AND REMOVE MY INFORMATION.

First they trick you into paying a 29 dollar set up fee. After hat when you try out the app it's completely useless. Food tracking always wants to use the camera, hardly any dishes can be selected for the calorie tracking. The chat is completely pointless because the people have no knowledge of nutrition and can't even answer simple questions.

I cancelled the subscription and still weeks later I'm getting emails about £24 that needs to be taken from my PayPal although I have the email confirmation for the cancellation of any further payments and for the subscription

I have written several emails but have had no response because I cannot see well, and reading on the phone is difficult for me. I want to cancel my subscription because I only want to read from a DESKTOP.
