I opted for the 3-dollar trial, and after 5 minutes they deducted 27 dollars for the weekly subscription. Be careful.
The fool you and trap you with there fine print
This app is a fraud from start to finish:
1. Billing: I agreed to a 1 week trial for 3$. I was charged 27$ without my consent.
2. When explained that to customer service they hid behind the 'term and conditions' for no refund policy. But this is not a refund due to unsatisfactory results, this is for a transaction I never authorized.
3. The app is not personalized. Period.
4. There is no real living coach as promised, there is a bot which is helpless.
5. The suggested diet is a (very) restrictive diet of 1400 kcals/day (I'm an active male of 52 years), which is contrary to all your publication and marketing promises. Useless. If I could live off 1400 kcals/day I wouldn't need to lose weight.
I am unable to understand the app and the background color to the navigational keys is not clear and I still don't understand how to add information to the app
