I tried Able because it represents a holistic approach to wellness. The quality of the nutrition plans and workout routines is praiseworthy, but this app still crashes all the time, which is extremely annoying. Also, sometimes it really takes too long to load. The support from my coach is pretty good, though; however, technical issues do stand in the way of effective experience. A bit of major revamping could make this app so much better.

I've been using Able's services and they have proved quite usefull in keeping up my fitness goals - coaching really gices one that get up and go feeling. However there are downsides to the app it sometimes fails to update my daily steps from my smartwatch which at times is frustrating. The upside though is great information from the coaches. Once those little gliches are ironed out I believe that this app could be great
Able has really changed the game for me. I enjoy my very personalized meal pland they fit so seamlessly into my busy schedule. One teeny glitch though sometimes it crashes when trying to upload progress pictures. It's one small hiccup in an otherwise fantastic experience. The health coach is so supportive and really has kept me on track toward my fitness goals

Biggest scammers i've seen in my entire life. Went online to see if anyone else went through the same thing as me where they take a 0.50 charge supposedly for a 7 day trial, then immediately after took £23 THEN £60… THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF THE EXACT SAME STORY IN ONLINE REVIEWS AND REDDIT POSTS. Where they have just HELPED THEMSELVES to big amounts of money from people,,,,, then, they don't let you cancel the subscription for their mediocre app and keep billing you without your authorisation. I have come across many scams in my life but nothing so shameless. Then they have a WHOLE page on a no-refund policy they have, im assuming that is there because they know what they are doing and have set this system up purposely so when you try to complain to their "customer service" (which is just a bot) they keep redirecting you to this page. Yes, they have NO customer service. The only "help" you can get is from a bot. Also checked their social media's to see comments flooded with people saying the exact same thing. I have reported them to the financial ombudsman and trading standards here in the UK, but seeing as they're a US based company (parent company Ruby Labs Ltd), i STRONGLY recommend anyone in the states reports them to the IRS and necessary authorities. How this company is allowed to stay up is beyond me. HUGE SCAMMER WARNING BEWARE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES
Honestly, not too impressed. The advice is solid but the app's design is outdated and hard to navigate. I've lost a little weight, but the app needs a lot of work.
Man, AbleApp is a total GAME-CHANGER! I been strugglin' with my weight for years,but my coach has been super supportlive and always cheks in. Lost 20 pounds already and feelin' so much better
