No problems placing an order online and delivery was typical wait time of 3-4 days. Part was a perfect fit as pictured and part numbers matched. No issues using Rainey's for parts ordering.

Order process, payment process, and delivery of product went smoothly.
We are happy with the quality of the bumper and it arrived in excellent condition.

I ordered on 11-18 2 steering wheel adapters (same part number) which they had in stock and got one that was correct one that was wrong (color). Called in twice (last time was 5 days ago) and was told it could take 4-6 days before anyone would reach out through email to resolve the issue. This is crazy no customer service when they screwed up. Now we didn't have the part we needed when the truck was available to work on it.

I still haven't received my order. When I ordered, your web page showed me that it would be available in stock and that I would receive it in 2/3 business days day….

Half my order came in on time. I called customer service and they provided me with an additional tracking number. Overall great experience

Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter

Ordered seats for my 2014 Freightliner M2. I selected Freightliner M2 from the options & paid MORE for the correct mounts, which had to be modified to fit in my truck & they sit noticeably higher than the factory seats even with the "low profile" mount. Shipping was fast & fair, the seats are very comfortable!

Received my package with the bolts poking out of the box. Scratched my marble floors at the entrance of my home. Need to package items better. Also, Some of the plastic that covers chrome was missing like it was peeled off by someone else. I hope I didn't receive a returned product.
