I've purchased from perfume.com for a few years now and all had gone well. However after my last order I realized that I didn't hear from them for several days. Then I got an a mail "hinting" that it was delivered and was asked to either confirm or state that I was still waiting. I checked that I was still waiting and emailed customer service. I received a very nice email back from them and my perfume arrived a day or 2 later. So, I will continue to order from them given their quick response to my issue.
