Terrible Customer Service. Completely ignored me. I ordered a rdp with admin for 29.99, took over 4 days delivered. Where do I start.
On day 1, I waited the 12 hours they said nothing.
24 hours later contact support again, they said 45mins.
Contact them 45 mins later. They said they got no ips's it'll be a day. Next day, nothing. Next day after nothing.
Every single day I messaged for a refund, to be told to stop being fussy and co-operate... Does it not go through to them after 4 days of waiting and asking for a refund. Worse of all I paid via Bitcoin or I would've charged back on this crap.

My gaming partner recommended me use their Gpu Dedicated plan for high end gaming, he was using the same since one year paying Pubg and all the high resource taking games. I bought from them Bluestacks RDP one of their high options ( 50$). They promised in their website with fast and improved performance but in real it is so poor and too slow and don't support Android emulators. It took from me about 30 minutes just to sign in google play and about 45 minutes to install one app (size about 50 mb) and after installing the app i cant use it because it didn't react just hanging. I tried to reboot the RDP but was useless. I tried to contact them but they didn't answer any call or any Wahtsapp massages. I only could contact them with email and i asked for refund because i couldn't use thier service because of poor performance they refused.
