Okay now its been 7 months im using their residential service and i found the quality as good as top residential ip providers which selling it on 4 times expensive than 99rdp and i can say this website is amazing on their service and in this 7 months i just had two or three issues with ip and the live chat support fixed it in minutes and the amazing part is they even changed my service even by saying residential ips can not get refunded. Look im not advertising here but if you looking for high quality rdp this is the place

Your serive will disabled without reason, trust me. 1 week after payment, you will get notice your serrvice was di sable, and 1 week after renew you got too.

The least i can say about this people is that they have poor service and customer support, and they have no transparency in their service. If not, i will say they are scammers.
I ordered for a Canada residential rdp for close to 24 hours now and they are yet to give me the login details. I have opened 4 support tickets but i kept getting nauseating answers.
I can't recommend them to anyone until and unless, perhaps, they prove me wrong. In fact, if i get no response from them within the next 24 hours, i will conclude they are scammers and i will spread this message on many social media group to warn people away from them.

I believe I am eligible for refund, because:
- I specifically ordered New York RDP and the support confirmed the IP will be in New York state
- They provided me with IP in Washington state, which means they lied when they were marketing their services as New York IP
They basically sold me the wrong product and I refuse to accept it. I am waiting for the refund for a day already. Their support is not responding + I can't even cancel service subscription. 0 out of 10.

Very old host systems 2012!, cant even run bluestack on them, very incompetent company indeed, scam, i had to try to upgrade the graphics drivers, have tried to reach for them all in vain, wanted a newyork server was given washington, u guys are disgisting asf.

The servers are great, high download/upload speed. I was able to convert about 40-50 videos of 15-20 mins in few hours or so.The customer service is beyond excellence, they help you out in any way possible. I had to request 4/5 times for many different reasons, Installing/uninstalling programs, extending hdd's or so they were there 24/7 for me and really polite. I recommend them & I can say that they have the best prices on market so far you can go cheap and you can go expensive to having ur private servers your choice.Don't hesitate to try them out, they are the best cheers for them.

I have used RDP services from various service providers since last 5 years. The companies I used previously had pathetic customer support and uptime. But with 99rdp, its totally opposite.
I bought the Streaming server here, they provided me with a demo rdp to try and a lot better server than what I bought from anywhere else, My server was not ready effective immidiately. Isnt it the best customer support ever, I specifically want to mention Mark from customer support, who did not rest till I started using the plan which i brought I will highly recommend this service to anyone anyday.

I must admit that the services provided by them are too good. I am using their services for quiet a long and yes i have faced some issue too but they do their best to resolve it as soon as possible. Yes we do have to be little cooperative. I am using VPS of different locations and yes its worth it.
