The writer never started and they kept my money. Stay far away from these people. They are crooks. This is not a fake review but one that is out there to warn you guys before you made the mistake I did. It's fine though, they are banned to be used by klarna now anyway, so nice job guys! Beware.

They rudely not answered my messages anymore. I asked for a simple 5 pages article with one subject. But I received 4.5 pages with so many topics in one paper. Not satisfied, they ignored my second request.

Currently, in a dispute over an egregiously bad set of paper. Customer service says it will take 2-3 weeks for dispute to team to review and reach out to me. I wrote an email to customer service explaining my experience of using 99 papers during all this time. Not sure if I'll get my money back.
