“Truly disappointing writing - 6 different orders”

Currently, in a dispute over an egregiously bad set of paper. Customer service says it will take 2-3 weeks for dispute to team to review and reach out to me. I wrote an email to customer service explaining my experience of using 99 papers during all this time. Not sure if I'll get my money back.

*Edubirdie - Costs way more, but at least never had an issue with quality.
