This place is 100% a scam. The company has paid for most of the reviews online to boost their score. I paid over $200 for an essay that was barely readable let alone good enough to turn in for a grade. The essay writer is NOT A NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER, and the writer completely IGNORED ALL MY INSTRUCTIONS. I had to rewrite the entire essay and never used a single word of the essay from 99papers. Their customer care team does nothing to help and I still have not gotten a refund. I urge you to not use this website as I have found through a grueling 1 month process that they are indeed a scam. Save yourself the money, time and energy.

Read the negative reviews and compare them to the positive ones. Notice how much more in-depth and detailed the negative reviews are. The 99papers team PAYS money for people to leave positive reviews to boost their score. Again I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Find another one. I have heard Peachy Essays is not a bad site.

I cannot believe how unprofessional these people were. First, they did not understand the question and did an essay which was not even answering to the question. Then, after asking for days to redo the essay from scratch, they did another essay in one day which was so bad and superficial that I cannot even describe it. Although I provided the write with more than 10 sources, the writer clearly did not read any, and did not provide any proper example of the vague things that were written. Eventually I had to accept the essay because I was so late and desperate that I could not do otherwise. I got 50/100, which is the worst grade I ever got, and these people literally ruined my degree and robbed me of £120. I will never NEVER use this service again and will make sure to tell everyone I know never to use this website.

The company has a good reputation and, while I haven't needed it yet, I've heard the customer support is excellent. The only negative thing is that sometimes they don't have access to a spesific book or article, so I have to scan required pages. On the other hand, they are not an online library and it's probably better for me to send them scans rather than get an F.
