4inkjets sent the wrong Brothers cartridges for my printer,
These were brand name cartridges, and it took almost 3 weeks to get them.
Obviously, they don't stock them. They offered to take back any unopened cartridges
If i shipped them., a couple were opened. It came to the point where I don't want to spend the time on this anymore. I will never use this company again.

What a scam organization. Tried to say that I ordered the incorrect cartridge (67xl) for my printer hp envy 6458e - when it's advertised on their site. And then having to pay return shipping to get my money back. What a racket. They shouldn't be allowed to do business.

DO NOT ORDER ANY ink from this company! On April 16,2024, I ordered $78.00 worth of inkjet cartridges that they never sent. It is now May 5,2024. I called customer service twice, was put on hold for 20 mins. Until the phone went dead on their end, never able to talk with someone. I also sent three email messages to customer service about why my order was never fulfilled and never got a response to any of them. BUT of course, they charged my credit card for the full amount. This is fraud plain and simple. I have since had my credit card company cancel the charge and I will never order from this company ever again!

Has this company gone out of business and taken my money?
I ordered ink cartridges on March 12. The turn around time was quoted as 5 days. It is April 3 and I have no ink. I have called the customer service number 6 times and they always say no one is available to take your call. I am suspicious that they have gone out of business and have taken my money ($100) with them.

I ordered on March 6th and still have not received it. They took the money out of my account already. I called Customer Service and after 5 min on hold they throw you into voicemail every time. I also selected option 1 to be placed on the callback queue, and still no contact from anyone from 4inkjets. I think this is a scam.

After I left a review on their site and on here, they contacted me via email to say someone would be contacting me to correct the matter. That was 2 months ago, and I have not heard from anyone. The cartridges the rep told me I could order and use my refund amount, they sent me a bill for the cartridges. So as of today 3/25/2024, I have not received the replacement cartridges nor my refund. Please share with all your family and friends to NEVER, NEVER, EVER use this company.

Still waiting on my order #06-******* to arrive. Would like to know when the cartridges are being shipped and the tracking number.

Placed an order, never received a tracking number for shipment. Called, no answer, ask for call back, nothing. Sent email nothing. Still no answer and no product ordered.

After ordering ink cartridges a little over a week ago, I called yesterday to ask about shipping because I hadn't heard anything and was informed that the product was not available for shipping for at least two more weeks. This is totally unacceptable. A company should not be able to sell something that they don't 21 have in stock without giving the customer an opportunity to make the decision on whether they want to wait on the product.

I have run your ink for about 50,000 pages. Every cartridge was good but one, and you replaced it. Great service.

Placed an order for inkers on November9 and have not received them. I have tried to reach someone and no respone to emails or phone calls. I have used InkJets over serval years and have never had a problem. My only proof of purchase is my receipt with order number if needed

I ordered ink for my brother copier. I was careful to use the correct numbers for the correct ink. I was sent the wrong ink. I have not been able to contact them after several phone calls and emails. This is frustrating.

Incapable of owning up to mistakes and makes the customer pay for it. Ships at cheapest rate and even if a product arrives a month late (their mistake), won't accept the return shipping charges for something no longer needed.

I have been buying my ink cartridges from this place before the pandemic. Due to pandemic they closed down the retail outlet. Recently I placed an order through the website. They sent me the wrong cartridge. When I opened the box I realized it does not match my MFC device. I went to exchange the cartridge they had a closed signed on the door. When I called the 800 number they said if the box is open I cannot return it. So I had to buy the cartridge again along with the shipping charges. Be aware of their rigid polices and My advice is to go to Costco, Office Depot or even Walmart even you pay little extra you can return if you dont need it

Think twice before order it from this site. Order before it was ok. Seems thing change. Never receive tracking, Delivery date not as advertise. Email never reply, Phone seems suspiciously running tape never answer even waiting for 30 min. Only have a PDF file to Proof.

These guys have become a joke. It took over a week just to get an answer on when my order would be shipped. Then, one of the products was on backorder, still haven't received it after 3 weeks. To top things off, their ink cartridges jammed up two of my printers to the point the printers are now unusable. They are refusing to refund my order or pay for the damage to my printers. Do you self a favor DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I WILL BE GOING BACK TO ONLY OEM CARTRIDGES.

I placed my order on July 16th and received confirmation of the order. A week went by and the ink had not arrived so I checked the website and it indicated the order was in progress. I waited another week and the order had the same status so I reached out to customer support. They said the ink was on back order and they should have it in 1 to 2 weeks. I reached out again after another week and a reply was received a couple days later stating it was still on back order. I replied and asked for a full refund since I had to purchase the ink locally. A couple days later they replied and said it was too late for a refund as the ink had just shipped...but did offer to initiate a return once I received the ink. Five(5) days later the ink finally arrived! I learned my lesson and will not order from 4inkjets again.

I rarely write negative reviews unless they are definitely warranted and this is one of those times. In December of 2022, I incorrectly ordered 2 inkjet cartridges for my printer from 4 inkjets. I emailed 4inkjets (which by the way is also LD Products Ink) to inquire about a return. Customer service was helpful at first and gave me the necessary information for the return. I promptly sent the return in the 1st week of January via UPS. After many months of emails back and forth stating they did not receive the cartridges I finally received an email on June 1st, confirming they received the ink and that I would receive a refund of $15.13. Today I called to re-order the correct cartridges. I was then told the refund amount was configured incorrectly. It $3.00 and change less than I was quoted. I decided to go ahead and place my order to receive the refund. As I was completing the order the Customer service rep told me that there would be a $5.99 shipping fee. I kindly asked to have the fee waived in good faith as it has taken 6 months to get this resolved. CS rep conferred with Supervisor and but they were unwilling to do so. Even though the amount of this transaction is a minimal amount, the lack of service and the time it took for me to get this resolved was unacceptable. I have used them for many years, but after this encounter, I will no longer recommend them to anyone. On a positive note, I will say that the customer representative I spoke to today was very polite, but her hands were tied.

Ordered ink and had a delivery date of 5-7 days. 2 weeks later it finally arrived, too late for the job I needed to do. I returned the ink and 3 months and 4 phone calls later, still no refund!
Calling my credit card company to report fraud!
Any money you think you will save by dealing with these people will just be wasted!

The savings from buying at 4inkjets paid for the printer in like a Year and my kids can print out all sorts of stuff without feeling like I am bleeding cash when they do their projects!
