Since posting my compaint 2vitamins has offered me a full refund and said they are reshipping the order free of charge as compensation. I was also informed that the company is restructuring its operations, hopefully this will resolve any supply issues in the future.
Just tried to log on to their website and there is something saying that they have gone out of business. They have a refund form which can be downloaded but it is so complicated as it has to be scanned and sent back with a copy of your passport, which I wouldn't trust them with. I now have come to terms with the fact that I have lost £70.28. I really feel that Paypal should do something as they endorsed this company by taking money on their behalf. They must have taken thousands off people via paypal. It's not good enough.

Scam artists. According to my experience and many others there is no intention of sending products but just to do whatever with our money. My advice is NOT to order anything from them. Their email complaint system is also a scam and only in place to gain more and more time with no intention to give refunds or to send the product. Must read other comments on the web then you will understand better. I wish I had read these things before ordering. Hope this helps, John
I ordered goods from the web site in June. The goods never came and so I looked on the web for reviews. There are very many people in the same predicament who have ordered and not got their goods. Also it is virtually impossible to get a refund from these people they either simply ignore our e-mails or they send one back saying they are looking into it. I would urge readers of this web site not to use it unless they want to loose their money.
Im the same i orderd back in sept, 2010, and still no ali, i am so not happy, ive just been reading all the reviews its terrible they can get away with this, ive sent email after email, and have been told its with the admin department and it looks like everybodys in the same boat, im disgusted,! Just hope other people read this before ordering, :(
Having placed an order on 12. 9. 10 with a delivery estimate of 13 to 18 days... 40+ days later... still no goods and it is impossible to make contact with them other than by e-mail. I am £42 out of pocket and they keep sending sacharin e-mails apologizing and saying that my order is top priority. They WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY!
I ordered some vitamins and they sent the wrong ones. They suggested I return them to an address in the US, and that they would refund the postage when I sent them a receipt. Now that I ask for an address to which to send the receipt, my email bounces! So they now owe me for the original order and the postage, and I have no way of contacting them.
Similar experience to other posts... full of s**t in their promises and e-mails. Never received my order and now been waiting over a month for my refund. Searched for an address or telephone number so I can contact someone directly to complain but none available on their website - is this legal?
Ripoff merchants. Took my money in March but never sent the goods. Emails produce aplogies & promises that they are 'processing your refund this week' but it never happens. Avoid!
I just wish i'd read all these reviews before spending £40.98. Items ordered on july 27th, never arrived. Cancelled order about a month after, still no refund but i've been getting emails off them saying their processing my refund/have internal problem. Total scam, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, CAN'T BELIEVE THEY'RE STILL ONLINE

Absolutely RUBBISH service. I wish that I had read you reviews before ordering from them. STAY AWAY FROM www.2vitamins.com and save yourself money. They are terrible.
I ordered £65.95 of Alli pills in April 2010, didnt receive any goods after 3 mths so requested refund. Got lots of polite emails back with apologies and promises, but NO REFUND YET! Avoid, avoid, avoid ordering anything from this site. There are many bad reveiws all over the internet.
I ordered products from this site and paid through pay pal, the money left my account almost immediately but after three months, I still have mot received my order. There have been lots of e mails back and fourth with various excuses as to why I have not received my order, but I have come to conclusion there is something very dodgy about this site. I did try to report them through PayPal only to discover that with all the e mails back fourth, which I believe to be a ploy on their part, so that enough time elapses and then it is to late to go though their complaint procedure. I must say because you could pay through PayPal I believed them to be OK how wrong was I?
It takes your money in return for a e-mail that tells you your product are being sent. But, the product never comes.
Took money for order on December. No order or refund to date.
I AM DISGUSTED, I ORDERED AND PAID FOR GOODS 4 MONTHS AGO. I NEVER RECIEVED THEM AND STILL NO REFUND, HOW MANY EXCUSES CAN THEY THINK OPF!
