Great experience start to finish. I found the exact couch my husband and I had been eyeballing in store at a much more affordable price! It shipped and arrived as expected - although a little difficult to track while in transit if you like to know a day-by-day status. I had to contact support upon delivery and my issue was resolved within the hour. I would 100% recommend and would buy from 1StopBedrooms again.
My purchase was completely online. I read the detailed specifications, options, delivery dates, etc. Many other sites have same brand and style for equal or less than 1Stop Bedrooms. However, customer satisfaction was definitely worth shopping here. Delivery was on time as stated, my bedroom set was set up very quick and with care! Worst experience ever. It takes items a long time to arrive. All depends on which carrier they send your items to, but once item is at the white glove center, that will also take weeks. It took items almost 3 months to arrive, and let's not mention, I still don't have the second part of my order... If you have months to wait, this the company for you. The quality was good, but the shipping, customer service is HORRIBLE
Placed order for 2 bedroom sets Jan 12 2020. Delivered 6 weeks later damaged. Next delivery, only parts of two pieces delivered. It's now been 4.5 months, many phone calls and emails later, and next delivery scheduled for May 8th! That's 5 months of our kids basically sleeping on the floor waiting for their bedroom furniture. I've not been offered any kind of discount or refund, not even for the white glove delivery service that I paid for but can't receive because of COVID.

I recently moved to a different state and with Covid19 doing everything online was just the more logical option. After a pretty extensive online search I came across 1stopbedrooms and thought it was my saving grace. NOT. Two maybe 3 days after placing my order I get a notification that some pieces are on backorder which was fine I didn't move for another 3-4 weeks anyway so I could wait. Two weeks later I get another email stating that more pieces are unavailable... it was annoying but I thought "that's fine I'll just find living room furniture from another place." Five weeks later my items are finally on set to be delivered and after sleeping on an air mattress for two weeks I am overjoyed. I get the call that my delivery is next and almost immediately after the delivery driver calls to tell me there has been "a mishap" and one of the legs has been damaged. I was going to just flat out refuse delivery at this point and just purchase bedroom furniture elsewhere, but I get a call from a representative of the company telling me it's an easy fix just accept delivery and the will get a replacement part shipped out that day. Okay cool. I was told I should have the new leg before the end of the next week. It's going on week two now and they just discovered that the manufacturer sending the replacement part has been putting my address in wrong. There was no communication from them and I only found this out after I stubbornly waited on hold for nearly 40 minutes. Oh and when I asked if I would get an email confirmation I was told that the information would update on my order... my order still says "in transit" and it was delivered nearly two weeks ago... This whole process has been more inconvenient than I expected AND to make matters worse I found everything I ordered from them on Amazon for hundreds of dollars cheaper. Haha I guess you live and you learn.
The order was not delivered at the specified time. The answers to the calls are standard, only they reacted to the e-mail somehow. They were delayed for a long time and I wanted to cancel the order, it hasn't been sent yet, so they asked for 15%. It's their fault and they haven't returned the money yet. I ask for a discount for the delay, they don't even respond to this, although in another store they offered me a discount for the delay and of course I will buy there, it's more reliable. From this 1 stop bedroom Came messages from this store that something is wrong with the payment and address, call by phone. When they called, they began to offer us unnecessary services for additional painting. What for? If it is not specified on the website. I began to doubt the existence of this store, it is impossible to get answers! While all this has dragged on in other stores, this furniture has become much cheaper. The furniture turned out to be 0.5 inches lower than in the application, and how to return the tm? For sending 15% and 1.75 for each paund. Substandard!
I ordered two chairs from 1Stop snd it has been a wonderful experience from the moment I hit "Order Now"! 1Stop has kept me informed every step of the way - from frequent status updates to final delivery. My chairs arrived perfectly wrapped and sealed to prevent damage - and both were in pristine condition. The delivery was very professional and the drivers were very kind.
As an aside, I recently purchased four other chairs from two different retailers. Each time one chair arrived poorly packaged and damaged.

I wanted to love this experience since I've waited years through kids and pets for new furniture. Selecting the furniture was easy but after checkout, the stress began. I received an email that I need to verify my address however, when they are open, I'm working. After a few unsuccessful emails I took PTO to call Andrew, who was the most unhelpful and unenthusiastic person in customer service. He told me the department I needed was closed (it's 4:34) and basically too bad, try again. I hung up and tried another number/department before canceling my order and Joe was there to verify my address and sell me scotch guard. He assured me my order will ship right away so at this point I'm not sure if I will shop here again but remaining hopeful for a smooth delivery.
After 15 years, I finally decided to buy new living room furniture. I placed my order on April 18th, and received email confirmation asking me to call to verify my address. During this call, I was asked if I wanted the throw pillows with the sofas. Umm, aren't those included? Oh no, they aren't. Even though they are part of the description on the website, the pillows were separate, I was told. Even worse, they would be $40 each to buy separately or $300 to buy the whole set. When I protested, he " found" me a coupon that took some money off but I still paid over $200 for pillows that other places include. I emailed the company and told them I didn't appreciate it, and they were sorry, but that was all. Fast forward to now... my furniture has been at the delivery terminal six hours away for almost a month. I have emailed repeatedly and the customer service people seem to be doing their best, but they couldn't seem to get any updates. I finally asked them for the delivery company number to see if I could get through to someone. It took three tries to even get anyone to answer my questions. She assured me that everything was there, they were just having trouble scheduling a truck because of Covid restrictions. So, I waited and waited. Finally got an email last week from company saying the delivery people would call to schedule delivery by Tuesday. Well, it's Wednesday. No call, no update, no furniture, and I'm just done. I've requested a refund if it's not here by the end of the week, but from the looks of things on previous reviews, that's going to be a struggle too. Being understanding and patient hasn't gotten me anywhere, so I guess I'll have to be a jerk.

I have ordered a lot of items, but now for some reason some are being delayed 3 months out. The refund is not the amount that we paid. Some items disappeared off the list but we are paying over 1000 in taxes and delivery. Can not email the company, say email is not good. Feel as much f we are being scammed.

I ordered a sleeper sofa in early May and 1StopBedrooms took payment May 11,2020. It is now August 14,2020 and I'm still waiting for my sofa. Lot's of email and telephone communication from me to them, but bottom line is I would not buy from them again even if their price is the lowest. If you're patient and not in need of quick fulfillment of an order, then maybe 1StopBedrooms is for you, but I cannot recommend them for delivery, quality or customer support.
UPDATE: I received my sleeper sofa on October 5th and am happy to have received it finally. My experience is this... save money, but plan for a lengthy wait with potentially five months before the order if fulfilled.
Wish I read reviews before buying here. I was told my order was in stock and would ship in 3-4 days. 3 months later I finally got it. And the $200 add on support system they made me get after I already bought the bed... well thats 3 tiny wood slats that usually come with a bed anyways. Take your business to a real store. Not worth trying to save a little money!

So I placed an order, got approved for the payment plan through a different website, and everything seemed kosher. Three days later I get an email that my order was canceled due to being out of their delivery radius. I have no idea why it didn't tell me that when I typed in my zip code in the first place. Tried to search for their delivery parameters and couldn't find anything. Now I have a useless "credit" account that I'll never use, that has my information. Only reason I gave more than one star is because customer service did return my call (didn't want to wait on hold for the 51 minutes) and the payment did not even process completely. Ended up ordering the sectional directly from the manufacturer instead and paying $200 in shipping.

After writing my reviews I received messages from the company, they wanted me to remove my posts and I said I would if I received my items, I then got a similar message to many others that my order was again backordered another month, the company did give me a full refund. I'm appreciative of the refund but wouldn't trust to order again.
It looks as though this company is either creating fake accounts or is paying for positive reviews. They have not been accredited by the Better Business Bureau and have a massive number of filed complaints(over 600 in past 3 years, over 400 past year). The patterns are continued delays in shipment, damaged items, and a costly refund(re-stocking fees, costs of $1.50/lb of items). I am in the start of my ordering process and am pretty sure I've been scammed, however because they don't do proper refunds, I will follow through and see how this goes-will be updating my response. So far, I've been asked to give additional confirmation of my address and the delivery date has been moved back 3 weeks..
