Tip for consumers:
Am sleeping on the floor as of 8/8/23am due to Storage bed refused at delivery. Called requested Supervisor, told the call back would be 72 hrs or 42 hrs. No call back from anyone at 1stepbdrm. 1st request was photo of the refused bed material and 2nd request was locating the missing bed material. Both items are while am sleeping on the floor. The other items shipped were so Pretty, beautiful. But I don't have a bed and when I call Customer Service it's the same answer; this matter is being worked.
