It looks as though this company is either creating fake accounts or is paying for positive reviews. They have not been accredited by the Better Business Bureau and have a massive number of filed complaints(over 600 in past 3 years, over 400 past year). The patterns are continued delays in shipment, damaged items, and a costly refund(re-stocking fees, costs of $1.50/lb of items). I am in the start of my ordering process and am pretty sure I've been scammed, however because they don't do proper refunds, I will follow through and see how this goes-will be updating my response. So far, I've been asked to give additional confirmation of my address and the delivery date has been moved back 3 weeks..
