Made an order on Sept 10 and the order was subsequently canceled by them on the same day with a refund promised between 7-30 days (?).
Multiple emails and calls to the company and there is no response. A machine automated message is relayed over the telephone.

It would not be wise to place an order with this company, looking at the number of bad and similar reviews online.

Pls get a representative to get in touch with me about my refund! This is UNACCEPTABLE.

This site is a fraud people. Stop sending them money. My company has many complaints about not sending the items or refunding them. And because they keep changing their TRR account is hard for tracking them. Read the reviews about sites you order from, if you hear one negative review stop reading any further. All the positive ones are from the fraud company.

The most make me satisfied is I received your call earlier, that you are so kindful to ask me to check up my bank account of the refund. At last, I hope you can check the supplier accountability more carefully next time, to reduce things like this happen again. Hope to have other shopping experience in your store next time.

On May 22,2019 I ordered US$525 vitamins from them and a few days later they emailed me and said they are out of stock and will refund the money. Until July 17 not a cent refunded. I called and complained and they emailed it within a month but now Aug 13 not a cent and it's been two months since I paid. I called and it's a call centre no money. No reply! I have opened up a file with credit card company to get refund. They told me it takes two to three months to get money back after investigation.

Even if not delivered all the pieces I ordered and it took a long time to solve everything, I am finally satisfied.
Ordered goods arrived after about 2 months. After opening, I found out that only 1/3 of the ordered and paid goods came. At the customer service, nobody wanted to deal with it for a long time, and frankly, I was pretty upset that I didn't have the goods or the money. Everything turned to good when Jarah took over the matter. I greatly appreciate her approach and quick resolution, so I give the highest ranking.

The rrs arrived today. I'm real impressed with your price plus the free postage. I was paying much more on e bay for the dame product. Am getting some more funds together and will buy for more of the same. Take care.

All of you should be careful from this website because it is a big Scamer. The product I paid to buy did not give me the product but kept my money. I have messaged them many times but they are not replying. I would suggest everyone to stay away from them.

My original order was lost or stolen or cancelled im not sure which so it was more tha two months before i received my goods after an investigation was done. The second order was expidited very fast and arrived quickly. The customer services were polite and helpful and did thier best to see I received the order. Just a shame the product leaked on the packaging not the fault of the company i add.

It can't refund to real money but only credit in its website. And you can never spend the credit as they have many excuses making you never receiving the goods, like no stock, can't deliver to your country, etc. Don't waste your time and money.
