I ordered parts for my sienna its a kit front and back unfortunately the rear are disk i needed a drum and shoe so i called they gave me my refund for the part ii cant use less than 5 days its in my account very happy doing business with this company i buy parts here for my 2 vehicle.
I ordered my part on Sunday morning and it said it would get to me by that Friday. Well, I waited all week and on Friday morning the shipping status was updated to being delivered Wednesday of next week. I completely understand packages getting delayed but like I said, I ordered on a Sunday and it didn't even get to UPS until Tuesday night after 5pm. To make it worse I only live 4 hours from Orlando where it says it shipped from. How could it posibly take 11 days to travel four hours up the road? I'm writing return to sender on the package and getting my money back, what a joke. They might have parts cheaper but I don't have 2 weeks to wait on them.
I ordered several parts in one shipment. Parts all fit exactly as they should. I had one part that had threads damaged and nut wouldn't go on. I contacted 1A Auto and replacement part was shipped that day. No questions asked. Good prices, fast shipping and great customer service.
I ordered a part for my car and it came in a short period of time. Got it installed and found that it was defective. Contacted customer service via email and they responded right away. They are shipping a replacement part at no charge and said I didn't have to return defective part. That's great customer service!
December of 2021, I ordered two front struts fully assembled for my 2015 Chrysler 300 limited, 8 months later struts are starting to make noise when you hit any small bumps in the road. I contacted A1 auto and requested a new set, the asked me for my vin number and advised me I had ordered the wrong parts. Now my warranty is voided and I'm stuck on my own, they will not send me the correct ones and I'm out $240. Never never buy from them again, worst customer service ever, they rip people off and get away with it beware!

With used cars prices soaring. I committed myself to replaced the entire suspention system on a 2004 Explorer. Front axles, upper/ lower arms, front & rear, struts, Hubs & bearings, stabilizer bars, brakes disk & calipers. They had all I needed ship to my address could be any easier. I ordered a drum and break assembly kit for my 2005 Honda Accord, and was sent for a 2005 Honda Civic so the wrong parts were sent to me. So I talked to customer service and they said to return the items and I would get reimbursed my money for $96. They did not tell me I would have to pay a high shipping rate based on the weight of the package. So out of my $96 reimbursement I only got $40 back and had to pay $56 in shipping fees. Complete bs. They should have just swapped my order out for the correct parts so now I lose $60 pretty much. And when I realized this and called customer service back the guy said there's nothing they could do because it's based on the weight of the item, but when they ship it out to you it's only like 5 or $6 shipping and handling fee. Make that make sense.
Hey I goofed and ordered the wrong parts for a car I inherited and was restoring for my son. Since he isn't 16 yet, I didn't really hurry much. Rear struts were fine but when I went to install the front struts, they didn't fit. It had taken me a while to get to this point and I was outside the 60 return window.
I did the online customer service and they rejected my request for a partial credit or return.
After posting about my experience several folks mentioned I should call and talk to them and they would help out. I called, I asked and was politely told No.
No credit, no swap, no support.
This was completely my error, and outside the 60 day window - which I appreciate won't be the case for most repair parts. I'm still a bit frustrated that I have a couple of hundred bucks in brand new struts for an old Mini Cooper that I can't use or realistically resell (and A1 could).

After taking 21 days to receive the roof for $650.00 the roof was dented. When I called to ask for a return authorization, I was sent to a Manager (Zayn) and was told he would call me back. For 3 days I received NO call back and finally tried to call. I called 4 times and each time they hung up on me once I asked for Zayn or any other manager. Although I have the roof, it can't be used unless I pay an additional $742.00 to have it repaired. They are a total RIP-OFF AND I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE BEFORE DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE!
