They sent out my order as two parts one package delivered and the package is stuck in UPS limbo. They will do nothing to resolve the problem other than have me wait 5 business days to see if the package comes out of UPS limbo. AS it turns out my second part of my order came out of UPS limbo and I received about 3-5 days later.
I did receive a phone call from customer service and they assured me that the rep needs to be more supportive of the customer. Took a few weeks after my original call for them to get back in touch with me, in these days though I guess that is acceptable. So I have upped their review from 2stars to 4stars( the call today in no way asked me to change my review)
I bought a set of ready mount struts that ended up faulty. 1A Auto customer service helped me right out and replaced the bad struts. I have bought sever parts from 1A Auto and 99.99% they are right with what fits your car or truck. Just knowing they will do what it takes to make sure your parts are right is a 1# priority in any customers satisfaction. I highly recommend them, I trust them and they are great at making sure you are satisfied as a customer. Now show me another AUTO PARTS STORE that does that? I know ADVANCE or PEPBOYS will not. So go with a trusted name 1A AUTO!

Purchased a part that stated "Gaurunteed to fit Mazda 3"... However it didn't fit all Mazda 3s. Have to pay to return in. I should have read through the details more, but why make a statement like that. Frustrating

This company is one of the few left that actually stands behind their parts, and the service was fast and to the point, I cannot give enough stars for them, they really are good people.
1aauto it self is good and the shipping was good but the TRQ parts they sell are junk ordered the struts and shocks and they sucked could have bought some from a wreck and they would have been better than these. If you use 1aauto do yourself a favor and spend the extra on a good brand.

Fantastic experience! The videos helped immensely and gave me the confidence I could do a job I'd never done before. After a porch pirate stole half my order, 1A Auto was great and shipped out a replacement immediately! They were WAY more helpful than UPS. I will DEFINITELY shop at 1A Auto again!
I was needing a passenger side mirror or so I thought then I realized I needed the motor as well I have searched high and low I've had multiple problems with other companies the wrong part charging the wrong total and I emailed One a Auto and got an immediate response although the part would not work for me they gave me very helpful information and went above and beyond to inform me about all kinds of motors, I was extremely impressed for future parts I will go to them no doubt!
Yes you may see good things written here about them, but trust me that the bad reviews are what you need to be aware of! They are all very TRUE. FAULTY BRAKE PAD/ROTORS DO NOT BUY This CHEAP CHINESE MADE STUFF. You are better off paying the extra bit at your local auto store to avoid the massive amount you will be paying to ship it back when you realize it's all CHEAP!

Ordered tie rod ends for my f250 payed 150 for a alignment after put on just to have them go out 2 months later. They exchanged the set then 5 months go by I'm going to make a left turn go over railroad track and notice steering wheel play. Turns out tie rod was coming apart so called them to see if I could pay the difference for moog instead there poor quality parts they offer and aas told they didnt offer them and I have no warranty after they asked if truck was lifted and told them a simple 2 inch leveling kit on front. I been a mechanic for 10 years I know the dog's and dont's and told her that was a bunch of bs. Dont buy these parts they are poor quality and will get someone hurt

I recently purchased and installed new TRQ window regulators in my '01 Z-71 Chevy truck. The old regulators were really tired. I bought this truck new in '01, and these TRQ regulators are better than the originals ever were. I am very satisfied with these new regulators, and with 1aauto. Great prices and free shipping - hard to beat!

Do not buy any suspension parts for your Infiniti from this place it's garbage the bushings break after two weeks and the clunking comes back worse garbage low low quality bushings stay away made in China garbage junk that's where it belongs in the junk

The expected shipping time as they promised is 3-5 business days. After 7 days, I contacted them, they told me the expected shipping date will be another 10 days. After waiting for another 7 days, I did not see any updates from my shipping. After I contacted them, they told me that my shipping is LOST. Wasting my time on waiting the parts, and they could have told me earlier that the shipping is delayed and the shipping is LOST, so I can change to other options. But, they did NOTHING.

They sent me a faulty part which has wound up costing me well over $300 as well as hours and hours of my time. I replaced the part with their faulty part and assumed that coolant temp sensor wasn't the problem. Then I replaced the theromstat. That didn't fix it. Took it to the shop and they went through a bunch of testing since I had already replaced these two things. They wound up replacing the coolant temp sensor (the one that these people sent me) and it turned out that 1AAuto sent me a faulty part. Screwed me out of $300 and a bunch of time I will never get back. Their customer service sucks too. I've tried reaching out to them and have gotten no response. These people suck.
I original car mats for my 2004 Altima, but I mistakingly bought the wrong color. They didn't have the color I needed, so I returned the mats for a refund. It took a little longer than I expected, but I did get my refund without any unexpected hassles.
I ordered spark plugs and wires. The wires were claimed to be exact fit. They weren't! Spark plugs were good.
I was in the process of doing the tuneup and had to borrow a vehicle to travel to the store to purchase the proper wires!
