The shipping took more than three weeks and when the bike arrived the front breaks weren't working due to the fluid having drained out from a screw coming loose. My mechanic said the culprit was probably vibration during transport. Either way, unacceptable duration for shipping a motorcycle. Would not recommend!

First driver wasn't able to pick up the motorcycle was not happy, but after solving the matter i was very satisfied with the delivery with the second driver.

I recently used AA Motorcycle Transport to ship my motorcycle from central Florida to Los Angeles, CA, and I am extremely satisfied with their service.
From the moment I placed my order, the scheduling was well-organized. Originally, the pickup was scheduled for either Friday or the following Monday, but it was efficiently arranged for the following Tuesday after placing the order. The truck arrived at my house in central Florida on July 23,2024, at 6 PM to pick up the motorcycle. The entire process was very professional and efficient.
Remarkably, the motorcycle arrived in Los Angeles within 7 days, on July 30,2024. I received a call from the dispatch center the afternoon before delivery, notifying me about the next day delivery. On the morning of July 31, at 8:30 AM, the truck driver called me to confirm the delivery in Pasadena, CA. The motorcycle was in excellent condition upon arrival, and both the loading and unloading processes were handled with great care and professionalism. The documentation was also thorough and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.
Also, their price is very good, fair, and easy to pay by credit card online. They have a good web service for scheduling and obtaining quotations on their online page and by email. The online chat service is quick to respond as well.

From quote request to delivery of my motorcycle, AA Motorcycle Shipping proved to be a great shipper service. I was quoted about $175 less than other top rated motorcycle shipping companies which offered the same service. They estimated a pick up date 3 days after I placed my order and picked up exactly on the 3rd day. I really like that they offer tracking and you can check in to see where your bike is at as it moves towards its destination. Transport from North Carolina to California was 1 day earlier than quoted but since I opted for Door to Terminal service, my motorcycle was not unloaded off of the trailer until 1 day after their delivery date estimation which was not a problem for me. The staff at the terminal were very helpful and friendly when I called them to check status for pick up. Once I arrived at the terminal, they informed me which dock to check in at and wait for them to bring out my motorcycle. I was very pleased to see how it was tied down to a specialized pallet for motorcycle transport. Absolutely no damage or scratches on the bike. Overall this company is great and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
The whole experience was great. My motorcycle was delivered on time in perfect condition from Las Vegas NV to Pennsylvania.
Predictably positive and helpful initially. Fair price. Prompt pickup. Delivery was 10 days later than initially stated. Rude staff on multiple phone calls when I tried to determine the status. Web tracking info inaccurate. Bike delivered in fine condition. Pickup and delivery staff friendly and helpful.
I had a smooth service and the tracking that was provided worked out perfectly. I even received a call on when is the best day to receive my shipment within 48 hours prior. However, day of shipment I only received an out for delivery phone call within a 45 minute window. The service, even delivery were excellent. I just hope if I need to use this service again I would get a 2-4 hour gap delivery notice of day of shipment.
Bike was delivered in a box truck and it was laying on its side against some boxes when they opened the truck. No damage, thank goodness the truck was filled to the brim with boxes for another delivery
My shipping experience was very positive. AA did everything they promised including delivery of my motorcycle on time and without damage. I would not hesitate to use them again. Plus they were less money than any other quote by over $100.

Any one who is reading this review can feel at peace if they use AA Moto. My friend had used them long ago about 3 years ago. Thankfully they are still around. They did a spectacular job picking up my bike in Alberta and bringing to California. Alberta is no fun riding in the cold. The price was about the same as all the other companies I check, but you can't go wrong with the service.
On the scheduled pickup date, nobody called or showed up. They came the next morning without telling us. Wasted a day waiting at home for the pick up people. Very unprofessional.
Price is way to high! I would choose another cheaper company next time.
