The customer service was great, keeping me informed about the delivery of my bikes and they even helped push the bikes into the garage. The delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful.
Soooooo simple, easy and straight forward
The scheduling process was easy, the price was great and the movers were very professional. We tracked the shipment the entire time and never had a single issue or delay.

I called customer service about a carrier issue that did not contact me to schedule a delivery, albeit it would have been early in the delivery window. My scooter arrived in Omaha, NE on a tuesday evening. No one called me to schedule a delivery. I live in Lincoln, NE about 50 miles away. I contacted customer service and was informed that I could contact the carrier, which I did. The carrier claimed they called me, which did not happen, nor did they inform AA1 motorcycle to let you know I could not be reached. Instead, the carrier chose to leave in the their warehouse until the next week since they only ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I decided to pickup the scooter on the following Thursday, after Omaha NE received it. I then called your customer service department to express my displeasure. I was assured that I would receive a $25 dollar credit because I picked up my scooter in Omaha as well as a form to submit a formal complaint to the carrier. Neither promise was fulfilled so far. I hope someone will look into this matter since my shipping experience was less than optimal. Thanks Bobby Torres
My experience was great. The bike was shipped and delivered as promised.
Tracking system did not seem to be accurate.
Cycle sat in CA for almost a week before it was delivered.
Delivery was made by a box truck carrying appliances, with no special provisions for cycles.
Good news, the bike arrived and although really dirty, it was not damaged.

Arranging the shipping of the motorcycle was simple and convenient. I did have to take a day off of work to be there when the driver arrived. The appointment time window is similar to waiting for the cable guy.
