I ordered my contacts and had to call but thankfully I did because the lady found out it would not go through because I had ordered the wrong kind. So she helped me order the right kind and they came shortly after.
The prescription was wrong and it was caught before the contacts shipped and the correct prescription was provided and you still used the wrong prescription. It was not caught until the order was filled and shipped. You would not fix your mistake. We received the contacts and sent them back the same day. 1 week today and you still have not acknowledge received. Once received I can get my refund and then I have to reorder. What a time consuming expensive mistake. It has been 20 plus days and I still don't have my contacts.
My experience has been great using the site, it was easy to order and upload my prescription. My experience would be 5 stars if I could actually get my rebate - I've requested the email several times and received nothing to submit the refund.
I got my contacts as ordered, but during the shipping process I didn't receive a tracking number or any additional info that would tell me who and when was delivering my package

I was able to order my contacts quickly and efficiently! The website was extremely user friendly. I received my order in less than 1 week from ordering with just the regular shipping!
Price was about average customer service was about average I had to pay the expedite my order and it took way too long. But I understand you're saying you had to get fresh lenses but for crying out loud don't advertise you got millions in stock when you go to order fresh lenses keep fresh.
I normally order my contacts thru 1-800-Contacts. I decided to see if I could find some at a lower price and I discovered you guys. I was shocked at the price, I think I paid less than half of what I normally pay for the same brand. I was shocked! And your shipping was cheaper AND they arrived on time. Get Lens (formerly known as 1-800 contacts) is very efficient. They verify the information with your doctor without you having to upload or give them anything. They also ask you to confirm when you receive your order so they know it was delivered to the right place.
I was out of contacts and couldn't get in with my doctor for several months. I was able to use my prescription to order more contacts, at a cheaper price with this company! So thankful!
The customer service rep corrected a mistake I had not noticed on the contacts I ordered, even though I had originally only called to edit my billing address. She was super helpful! I wish I had gotten her name.
I received my contacts very quickly considering they were out of stock when I ordered them. 1-800-GET-LENS kept me informed and I actually received the contacts earlier than the expected delivery date. I was also able to place my order and use the prescription my optometrist printed for me instead of having to wait for them to talk to my doctor like some sites.
The gentleman I talked to was AWESOME. I have been using 1 800 contacts for years and the rebate is not to shabby either. I have never had a problem with them

I want the rebate that was discussed at time of charging my credit card. Without the rebate offered, it would be cheaper to go to the local glasses center and order through them. Need to offer more offers and incentives to order through them
The website link to UPSP for address confirmation did not work so I had to take extra time to call customer service to place the order. I was unable to upload my prescription due to this issue so additional email communication was required. The product received was as expected/needed.
I thought I was ordering from 100contacts but placed an order with GetLens instead. Thought my credit card info was compromised and worried I would NOT get contacts. But was surprised everything was legit. Thank u for quick service and order was at a great discount and price.

Similar lawsuits against Johnson & Johnson and Bausch & Lomb Inc followed the case against Ciba Vision.
Amidst these legal triumphs, Contact Lens Depot achieved $1.4 million in annual sales in 2001 and transformed, adopting the memorable name 1-800-GET-LENS. Though the name changed, the company's commitment to its mission remained steadfast: to provide high-quality contact lenses to consumers seeking convenience and cost savings.
