Just be aware of what it says in the title. It's not really cheaper than other companies, they sell rebates which will cost you time and money to get. If I had known this, I would not have ordered from them try contact lens king instead.
Took a lil longer than advertised to get them, but anytime I called. They were super responsive, super helpful and very professional. Great product and even better customer service. Highly recommended
I won't be ordering from this company again. I did notice they were cheaper per box but then realized they charge shipping plus a "fee" of over $20 for them taking care of your order to ship it. So then the price is higher than 1 800 contacts, that provide free shipping and no hidden "fees". Plus shipping took way too long. They didn't have mine in their stock and had to order from manufacturer. No thanks
I had missed my eye apt and was nervous about getting more contacts before I ran out. My prescription was still good luckily. Logged in, typed in the name on my contact box in the description search bar and it was done, that easy. They came almost immediately just like the shipping said, no delays. It seems expensive but in reality compared to any place without using insurance the prices are really good. Would def recommend, 5 out of 5!
This process was so incredibly easy and smooth. From ordering online to the contacts arriving there were no surprises. It was timely too! I have to do the review yet, but I'm sure if it's anything like purchasing contacts, it will be painless.
There's a monopoly for companies selling gas permeable contact lenses in the USA. Therefore prices are no longer competitive. Add in shipping fees and leaves a lot left to be desired that I used to have only a few years ago when more companies offered these lenses.
Otherwise, no problems ordering the lens.
A few days after I placed my order, Get lens emailed me and said my contacts would take longer than usual because out of 17 million prescriptions on file, mine was one of the few they didn't have. They had to order them from the supplier. They arrived two days ago and the contacts feel great, my vision is precise and I am really enjoying them. Thank you so much to Get Lens for going the extra mile to fulfill my order. :)
I was able to get my contacts quickly! I was constantly being updated about when they would be shipped and the overall process. They didn't have my prescription and had to reach out to their third party, I was never not notified about each step which made me feel really secure about my purchase. Got my package in earlier than I thought, it came in perfect, the contacts are comfortable and I can see with them on, the color is very pigment even with my dark brown eyes, overall, 10/10, would buy again
Smooth experience overall. I have bad eyes so most optometrists don't even have the right strength contacts in stock, they usually have to be ordered and usually leads to delays. Not only did you have them in stock but I received them quickly. That makes a big difference when you use contacts for sports. I'm very satisfied
I took very very long to receive my order and initially said it was 149 $ and another confirmation said like nearly $40 less! I emailed them about this and still haven't heard back I'm very sick and disabled or would have called right away But requested the $40 refund immediately or whatever exactly amount it was
Ordering experience was easy and quick. My complaint is that my contacts took over 3 weeks to ship. They were delivered only took a few days later, but if I would have known that it would take 3 weeks to ship, I would have made other arrangements. Extremely disappointed in the shipping time frame.
All I had to do was enter my prescription, wait for it to be verified, and I got them a day earlier that expected. Plus I got a year's supply at half the price of my regular optometrist. If you're thinking about it, you're already losing out. Just do it.
I ordered my contact lenses with an expected ship/received date. However, when they weren't delivered as expected, I had to reach out to find out that there was a delay due to low inventory. What was supposed to be 3-5 days, turned into almost 2 weeks.
Everything was easy. I was able to renew my rx and place an order with no issue. The only negative was it 11 took days for my order to ship and then according to the tracking would be another 5-7 business days to arrive. But the order arrived just a couple of days after that.
It took us a while to figure out that the discounted price only applied to purchases of 8 boxes. Our final invoice quotes a price of about $25 for a box of contacts plus about $10 shipping with a total bill of $61. Very confusing.

Ciba Vision settled allegations with 26 state attorney generals that they had illegally inflated prices to sell its products to discount contact lens distributors. The settlement allowed Contact Lens Depot to drop its prices by 30 percent, a massive win for the company and its customers. Similar lawsuits against Johnson & Johnson and Bausch & Lomb Inc followed the case against Ciba Vision.
Amidst these legal triumphs, Contact Lens Depot achieved $1.4 million in annual sales in 2001 and transformed, adopting the memorable name 1-800-GET-LENS. Though the name changed, the company's commitment to its mission remained steadfast: to provide high-quality contact lenses to consumers seeking convenience and cost savings.
