Ordering my lenses was easy. The website was very user friendly. The delivery time was prompt as well.
New to ordering contacts, I made an error in my online order. Customer Service contacted me via email to alert me about it and when I called and spoke to the representative, she was as helpful, professional and as lovely as I could possibly ask for. And I actually received my contacts much sooner than the anticipated arrival. Very impressive experience and very competitive pricing to boot! Well done!

My order was delayed since the brand of contacts wasn't in stock. They emailed me the day after to let me know and was told it would take a while. They ended up coming a week and a half later which is basically the normal waiting time for me! Will definitely buy from 1800 again!

I wasn't pleased with the lack of transparency on "fees" in the receipt. It just says $300 something for the lenses and then $9 for the shipping but somehow adds up to $483. Then you get a rebate which I'm guessing is profitable bc people forget they have the print something (I don't have a printer) then mail it with tracking, just to get back a Visa card, which you can't use on bills. Like, just be a cool corporation and let everyone pay $210 less on the front end without making people jump through hoops. Very sour taste in my mouth having to drive and pay to print something. Like, super annoyed.

I was not satisfied with my delivery. It took forever to get my order I paid for shipping twice. My order didn't arrive when they said it would arrive & it took so many more days passed when they said. You had my prescription the whole time. It shouldn't take almost 4 weeks to get contacts when I paid for shipping & then paid for over night shipping. I emailed almost everyday trying to get my order. If there was a star less then 1 I would have rated less then a star.
