This is my first time using 1-800-GET-LENS. I didn't realize it was a mail in rebate. I completed the rebate mail in the other day but mail in rebates make me very nervous. Until I receive my rebate, I can't recommend them yet. Hopefully it all goes smoothly. I wish it wasn't a mail in rebate.

I received my contacts and they arrived on time. Great company.

I was surprised by the $50 handling fee. This wasn't clearly expressed in the pre-check out infirmation.

Received email and phone call. But neither could provide detail to my questions regarding "taxes and fees". They had no idea what taxes were for or to whom payable. No idea fees either.

I wish they would have come faster. But the price was better then 1800 contacts.

Prices were good, but it took days for it to ship, and even though I paid $10 for shipping it's still was shipped the slowest cheapest way possible. I used this company by mistake, I was under the impression I was ordering from 1-800 contacts. That's my fault. But I won't make that mistake twice.

Very easy and quick on getting my contacts and great price. Will order from them again in the future.

Got a decent discount on my contacts though I don't like that I did not get a confirmation email after I placed my order. I contacted the company and they reassured me I would get an email once they received my contacts which I did, but I would still prefer to get a confirmation directly after placing the order

The package arrived yesterday as promised. Very timely and well packaged.

Saving money on buying a year's supply is absolutely massive, when money is tight yet you still need to see!

Delivery was on time, and any questions or issues where answered and taken care of in a timely manner

The hardest part of the process was getting the script signed by my doctor. This company doesn't recognize E-scripts (electronic signature) and requires an actual signature on the paper.

I have never heard of 1-800-GET-LENS before so I was hesitant to place an order for a year's supply of contacts but I was pleasantly surprised with the savings and speed of delivery! Great experience, will order through them again.

My girlfriends contacts from her Dr's office were around 600 for 6 months. I told her I'd find the same ones that are better priced. That's when I found this place. It was 1/4 of the price for the same brand.
