I had to contact customer service first to help with cancelation. They placed new order. I think the shipping takes too long. Price of lenses seem higher but I haven't purchased them since 2008.
I don't recommend ordering from 1-800-Contacts - the ordering process and customer service is easy but not worth the price, even with the rebate offer, which you have to get a rebate card for.
Just OK. Disappointed that I received no messaging when I incorrectly picked the wrong lenses in a new order. I checked on status on line and saw that it got hung up, but never received notification. I called and the phone technician was helpful to get my order corrected to my script. But then the business did not have the lenses in stock so had to order them, get them mailed to business and then sent to me (which took longer than expected for delivery). I might price shop next time as the overall experience was average at best.
I kept putting off reordering my contacts because I thought I would need an updated prescription even though it hadn't changed. I finally put in the order thinking I would have to suck it up and wear my glasses until everything got updated, but it was approved and shipped right away! I got my contacts in a week!
Very easy to input prescription. Getting the rebate was a bit challenging as i had to cut out information from each contact lense box. Other than that it was great!

Get Lens needs to partner with the rebate people to determine a better way to submit a proof of purchase. Currently you have to cut up the contact lens box to submit a proof of purchase. Now, because I do want the $75 rebate, I have a years supply on contact lenses with no container to store and keep up with them nor do I have a way to determine which lens belong to which eye. May I suggest Get Lens supplying a packing slip or order confirmation to the rebate people instead so people don't have to destroy a perfectly good box they would mostly likely keep their contacts in.
While ordering contacts for my daughter recently, I found this site on the internet and they looked quite cheaper. After putting in all of the information and seeing a total, I agreed to purchase. Once purchased I find that the price is quite expensive, even more than other sites. The charge had already gone through and I called them and was told I had to scroll down to the fine print to see the extra pricing that isn't shown up front. Feel like this is sketchy advertisement and won't be buying from them again!
They remind you of when your script will expire and if you cannot find it, the reps are very polite and help greatly finding and placing your order.

My order was received and processed within minutes of me submitting it around 10 p.m. within 15 minutes I was contacted that my order didnt match my subscription. I called the next day and was placed in the que for a call back that I received less than 10 minutes later. The representative was very friendly and walked me through the steps of resubmitting my order after they cancelled the previous order and placed the new order in my cart. I received my lenses 4 days later just in time for my event! I will definitely continue using this site especially since my eye doctor takes 4-6 weeks to receive an order I would then need to pick up. Highly recommend this company to my friends. Have a copy of your up to date prescription on hand to upload with your order for quick processing and delivery.
I've paid for expedited shipping with both international shipping and otherwise, and it's definitely NOT actually expedited. Don't waste your money on it. That said I finally received my contacts while traveling across the pond and I'm very relieved about it. Thanks!

The first time I placed my order back in April my prescription was incorrect and it made for a small amount of confusion initially but your staff was able to help me quickly rectify the situation. This time when re-ordering more lenses the process was seamless and quick. Will definitely continue to use this site for ordereng my contacts.
The Acuvue vita 6 pk 1 month replacement I received is exactly what I ordered they didn't give me anything other than what I ordered. It may have took a little longer than expected but I can't complain at all
Service for ordering contacts was fine. Requiring purchaser to cut open all the boxes for the proof of purchase seems a little ridiculous.
