I asked for the rebate form prior to getting lenses and was told it was automatic. It was not. I got the form but would have liked to be told it was not automatic and have that explained correctly the first time.

A bad review to follow
Got my lenses they are perfect but placed my order on 8/29 did not receive my lenses until 9/11.2 weeks is a bit extreme you should offer to pay extra for faster delivery. Even if you can't pay extra at least stick to the 5 to 7 days delivery mark. Besides that everything was good.
