I was under the impression that it would be delivered within 5-7 business days of placing the order. Instead, it arrived 5-7 business days after the order was shipped, and the order was shipped weeks after I placed the order. Took just under a month to arrive

I thought hey, not a bad price. But when it came to paying... There was 98.00 in taxes and fees, which was more than the amount of the price of the contacts. Will just probably go though the doctors office next time.

To get the rebate you need to print out it a form, cut out part if the contact lense box and mail it all in. Then wait for the rebate. This was very inconvenient.

I asked them to cancel my order then they said they would reach out within 24 hours, they reached out a day after my order shipped and said they couldn't cancel it
