Never received my Valentine's Flowers my husband sent me to work and then they sent a message saying they had been delivered. I had already called and complained so I know they had never been delivered because the girl I was speaking with told me it showed they had no driver? What? He paid for same day delivery! She said all they could do is see what day they had available for delivery. Friday Supposably I'm suppose to receive them. Don't order from these people! This is a scam of a business. Even after not delivering on time they won't give you a refund you will have to settle to receive the flowers that were meant for that special occasion on another day when they have someone available to deliver even after taking your money and lying about delivering same day.
Never again. Flowers use to be delivered beautifully arranged from a local florist. My girl just received a dozen rose arrangement in a cardboard box with a vase. WTF? Nearly a $200 order with chocolates that will arrive 2 days late. Have used them many times before and very happy. Times have changed :(
Placed order for flowers on the 3rd of February for a delivery of the 13th. This is one day before Valentine's Day because my wife would be off on the 14th. The flowers didn't come on the 13th and it took all day on the 14th and still no flowers. Very disappointed in this company.
Terrible company. Deliver never arrived even though they had a 3 week lead time to process order. I was NEVER notified they would NOT be delivered, so my 86 year old mom will not be receiving her flowers! Excuses, no call backs when promised.
The worst looking flowers, I have ever seen. Had to remove dead flowers, remove dirt around and remove dead leaves. Yuck

Just go with a local shop - don't give business to this horrible company. They take your money - promise same day or next day delivery and never show. Impossible to speak to a human being when trying to contact customer service. Refund takes weeks and they hope you forget. Call your credit card company and dispute the charge if all else fails.
I am disappointed AGAIN by 1-800-flowers. Flowers that were to be delivered today to mark a very special occasion will apparently not arrive until sometime tomorrow, despite my being told for 12+ hours that they "are out for delivery".
I've used 1800flowers.com for many years. I understand that local florists are used and they don't always have exactly what's shown online, but what was delivered was in no way near what it should have been. I purchased the Wonderful Wishes Bouquet in the size large. The only thing similar were the colors. It certainly didn't have as many flowers than what was shown in the online picture for the large size I purchased, and what was delivered was not in any way artistically arranged. I'm truly embarrassed! I did get a 50% refund, but given it looked worse than any $12 bouquet you find at a grocery store, no amount of refund can make up for having someone think you sent lousy flowers. They did offer to resend without giving me any refund, but that seemed pointless. I don't want to worry about another lame looking product being sent.
I highly recommend sending a picture of the item you purchased to the recipient after it's been delivered. Tell them that's what you ordered, and that you hope what they received was as nice as the picture. They'll likely send you a picture and you can be the judge. I don't expect perfection, but this one really failed completely.
I was provided initial updates on my order. The last update provided indicated the order could not be delivered but they would try again. No further notifications were provided however, the order tracking noted my order was delivered. Per the recipient, no order was received. Upon contacting 1800flowers they indicated my order had in fact been delivered. I had to contact them a second time before they even offered a redelivery. An order was ultimately delivered but it was NOT anywhere close to what I ordered nor what I paid for. What I ordered was the filled basket. What was delivered was the few stems. I don't believe what was delivered can be considered an $80 arrangement.
I ordered a $129 basket of flowers for my sister's funeral services. The flowers were pathetic, the gladiola were not even open and we're drooping. The entire basket looked either frost bitten or well past freshness. I wish I had taken a photo of what was delivered, they were nothing close to the picture on the website. Added grief during an already difficult time.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers in the morning to be delivered same day. I checked with the recipient around 6. She had been home all day and had not received any flowers. I contacted their customer service through text as recommended. I received a "canned" text response, they did take my information but when I did not respond quickly enough (4 minutes) the agent disconnected the conversation and I had to start all over again. They offered to deliver the flowers the next day and send a coupon for my next purchase (useless because I will not order again). I got a text at 3:00 am that the flowers had been delivered. Checked with the recipient about 9:00 am. Still no flowers.
Ordered flowers for my cousins funeral funeral early Friday morning for a Saturday afternoon service. 4 hours later I get a call telling me they cancelled my order with no explanation. I panicked and asked if I had been refunded and was told yes. A week later still no refund. I called them having to give my order number 6 times and was told the refund had already went through... Which it had not. Then was told that they would now cancel the order!? And the refund would take 14 business days. DO NOT order from this incompetent company and their awful customer service. Calling my bank in the morning.

THEY OUR SOURCE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CALLING A DIFFERENT COUNTRY WHO DON'T CARE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING YOU OFF THE PHONE SO THEY CAN GET PAID. RATHER THEN HELP YOU WITH YOUR ISSUE. FLOWERS ARE NOT CHEAP AND YOUR EXPECTING TO MAKE SOMEONE'S DAY WITH THEM. MOTHERS DAY I CONTACTED THEM FLOWERS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS WITH SOME RANDOM NAME SIGNED FOR IT. MY RECENT ORDER WAS TO MY BEST FRIEND I SPOKE TO 2 REPS 1/16 STATING THAT THE SHOP HAS TO DELIVER 1/17 DUE TO LACK OF DRIVERS. I AGREED. 1/17 CAME ALONG I DID A FOLLOW UP CALL THEY STATED IT WAS DELIVERED. IN WHICH IT WAS A LIE. THEY HAVE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND THEY SHOULD HAVE NOTICATION ON THE ORDER ITSELF WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE ORDER. RATHER THEN WE WILL SEND YOU $20 DISCOUNT ON YOUR ORDER...
This business and their customer service is TRASHHHH! This is the second time I attempted to use their services. The first time, they f*cked up my order. It was delivered to a business and they told me they were going to "prioritize" my order but it was BS. The Second Lady, Aisha, she sent me a "replacement" and told me she was going to leave a note saying it needed to be delivered before 1:00pm. Nothing happened. It was 6:45pm when I called and the representative told me the order was still on route. Idk how is that possible when their business deliveries is from 9:00qm-6:00pm. So she straight up lied to me. Then she said they were only giving me part of my money. I called back and demanded that they refund me my entire amount. Now I have to sit here and wait 4-10 business days!
They are THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. They lie sooo much, always so much back and forth. I will make sure I don't recommend 1800flowers to anyone I know. I wouldn't want them using this trash to send flowers to their love ones.
16 days and 4 lengthy calls and no delivery. They are untrustworthy and customer service is horrible. This over the years, has become a scam.
I ordered an arrangement in Nov for delivery on 22 Dec. 2022 for a Christmas gift. Received several messages that order would be delivered on time etc. on 19 Dec I received a call on my cell stating that delivery would be made on 22no problem did I wish to add anything to order etc? Fast forward to December 26 still no delivery, I called customer service only to be told whoops what you ordered is no longer available do you want to change order to something more expensive? What I already spent 100. Was reassured numerous times order would be delivered now it's 4 days late you want me to spend more? Never did the non English speaking representative offer a refund I had to demand, and threaten. I will say they did refund after but what a disappointment. This company needs to either shut the doors, or start paying attention to the customer I see many people have had like experiences and like them NEVER again will I use this company
