NEVER AGAIN. Ordered large bouquet of flowers to be delivered in Cincinnati Ohio but 1800 flowers somehow changed the delivery address to Jacksonville FL. 1800 Flowers customer service then told me it will not be delivered on the scheduled date and time. LET ME REMIND YOU the confirmation email receipt contained the correct delivery address. So how did it get changed to an address in Jacksonville FL? Save your money go with FTD.COM
I was planning on giving My Mom flowers from this company and they Messed up the delivery, They didn't even give our money back yet! I wont trust this company again.
I orderd flowers for a funeral of a friend. Order was confirmed. Even received the email that the flowers were on the way. Well its three days past he delivery date and theyre still telling me the flowers are in transit. Well, my friends been interred already so the flowers wont do any good. It was so embarrassing to have to ask where are my flowers at the funeral. Even the funeral director told me dont ever use them. They mess up constantly. And after all of that 1800 flowers just wants to give me a 20.00 dollar credit on another order. The hell with them. They are so overpriced. DO NOT USE THEM. VERY UNDRELIABLE.
I ordered pink roses and lilies for a birthday bouquet. The picture looked so pretty online. I got 10 red roses. No lilies, no pink roses, no filler or anything to make the bouquet pretty. Absolutely horrible!

I bought the lavender garden bouquet with a purple vase and the pic on the site was beautiful. When it arrived for my sister's birthday, I was very disappointed. It looked nothing like the pic! It looked like a 2 year old grabbed some flowers and threw them in the vase! The vase wasn't even 1/4 filled and I paid over $80 to get the deluxe bouquet! Never Again!
Find another company if you want professional service. I ordered flowers to be sent for a friends funeral and they called 15 minutes before the set time to be delivered to cancel. They aren't a legit company are operated by foreign people. Stay away from them
I called in about an order that was said to be delivered, and they had no history of it, and then they said it was on the way. This was the worst customer experience I have ever received. The customer service center seems to think it's funny to place you on mute and chat with their friends and laugh, when taking you off mute. They all seemed to be with the same office
They refused to give the transaction ID numbers. Although I was finally s able to get the last two after being on the phone with them for a hr. I would recommend going with another company or simply calling a florist within the area. It's a headache, disappointing and unprofessional all together. I would rather spend more money with a smaller shop then to waste time calling and having to deal with unprofessional, rude, arrogant people.
I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, on the website, picked the date and got confirmation of the order, a few minutes later I got a call saying they weren't able to deliver that day, and the next available would be 3 days after, I canceled and ask for a refund, they said it would take up to 10 days. 3 days after I got charged again, for the same amount, I called Flowers.com and they said it was a security deposit, even after the order was canceled, since when you get charged twice for a service that was already canceled, they said the second charge would be back in my account in about 24 to 48 hrs, what! I will never use flowers.com ever again or recommend it to anyone. If I could I would give them 0 stars
Some important information was missing from my order so I contacted them all I got was CHAT which take forever to get response, I have to repeat same thing over and over. I will not use this company again, other company I was able to talk to a human.

Ordered Enchanted Unicorn (third picture) not sure what was delivered, scary. Years ago, I thought it was worth paying extra to make sure you got good flowers. Not now, never sure if the order will be delivered and what it will be. Should change their website. Give them the cost of what you want to spend and let them decide what to send. Might get it right that way.
Completely inept company. Fails to make the promised delivery time. Made several attempts and they always fail to meet the delivery date. Completely untrustworthy of your business
I should have read all the reviews before ordering from here! This is the WORST experience by far I've ever had with any company! My husband and I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday, paid extra money to have them delivered between 9am & 12pm! A little passed 12pm I call my family to see if anything was delivered? Nothing! I call customer service to find out why? They said it was because they didn't have the specific roses we picked and if we can substitute it for something else? I was dumbfounded that no one even reached out to let us know this was going on (when we're we going to be informed)? My mom just lost my Dad 2 months ago, his birthday was 3 days before hers, so this was VERY important to us! I was so upset I just told them to cancel the whole order & give us a refund! The guy said he would and would give us a $20 coupon for the inconvenience (which no amount of money would ever make me order from here again)! He also informed me it would take 10 days for a refund, they only send a cancelation email 7 days later (like WHAT? This is unheard of! Every other company I've dealt with sends an email immediately)! A while later I go check my account... order still active! I call customer service again! The lady this time informs me that it takes 24 hours to update, 24 hours for me to get a cancelation email! Well we are on day 3... no email, order still active, just got another email yesterday for the coupon (which I'll NEVER use)! I'm going to wait a few more days to see the status of my cancelation... if nothing is done I will be reporting to the BBB, my bank (I saved screenshots of my conversation because I also reached out a 3rd time on their customer service chat)! This is by far the worst company and WORST customer service I've ever had!
Don't order from them, it's a waste. They were supposed to deliver flowers by 4 pm on the 14th, they have not been received to date. Pathetic.
Ordered flowers two days ago. They where to arrive today for a birthday. Never arrived and no one could help in customer service. Now I have to dispute with credit card etc. your company was to handle this order from H&D
This is really a ZERO star review. For the second year in a row, I ordered a $200 bouquet of flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day, being "Guaranteed" delivery. Well, for the second year in a row - my wife did not receive her flowers on Valentines Day. Both times, receiving an email ~7pm that delivery had been attempted; which was completely false. The flowers that were received (the next day, mind you) were at best a $75 bouquet with a vase that you'd pick up at Krogers while grocery shopping. This was especially tough this year as my wife's been struggling with depression and in tears most of the days leading up to V day. Knowing that beautiful flowers truly do bring her joy I wanted nothing more than those flowers to arrive. I called the 877 number 3 times throughout the evening and was "disconnected", lied to and misled. I thought last year was a fluke, but I suppose this year was my fault. Never. Again.
I ordered flowers on the 8th to be delivered on the 14th Valentine Day. I paid extra to be delivered this day. Delivery was on the 16th. They will not let you modify or canx your orders. This is the second of three orders they have fouled up. I do not recommend this company.
1800Flowers at one time was a good company, and I've used them in the past with good results.
But this Valentines Day was a complete CF.
The flowers actually arrived one day early, and were in the house and vase within 10 minutes of delivery. And they were in really rough shape. Dark, wilted, dried out. An embarrassment to present to my wife.
I contact the company within an hour of delivery, described the issue, and was offered a 50% refund and a $20 discount card. I told them that was unacceptable, and wanted a refund. They came back and said they would refund the whole thing, but they forgot the shipping. I mentioned that, and was told I would get a full refund. I have the chat logs.
Two days later I get a 50% refund on my credit card. I chatted with them again, told them what happened and they lied and said I agreed to it. I've been through this nonsense a few times and I knew how it was going to go down.
They were going to lie, delay, stall until I gave up. That's their plan. To wear you down until you agree with what they offer.
I called my credit card company to initiate a chargeback and when I told the representative what had happened his words were, "Another one?". He had taken several.
So, keep away from this once great company that now is run by scammers.
Placed order on Feb 11, paid extra to ensure flowers were delivered on valentines day. Flowers never arrived called customer service it said delivery was enroute. I never received a email or text saying it was on the way. And then receive and email saying delivery was Attempted NEVER GOT FLOWERS. NEXT DAY, call 1800 flowers and they ensure me it will be delivered today before 8pm. 8:42pm I get a text message saying that it was delivered, but NO FLOWERS, Such a SCAM. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME.
