Ridiculous!

Ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day, got a call from local florist that the bouquet will be altered to make the delivery schedule. They gave me a flex time 3 days! The message left was hard to understand and couldn't get a valid call back number. Kept checking status and all it said was "it's on its way" so far nothing! Big disappointment to my 2 very young granddaughters who lost their father 9 months ago. Never will I use their services again and I was a long time customer of theirs!

I ordered a Mothers Day bouquet on May 8th 2023 to be delivered early on May 11th 2023 which it was not ever delivered. I then received an email that it would be delivered by or on Mothers day May 14th 2023, but it was still never delivered. I was not ever contacted from the 1-800-flowers there was an issue. I had to try and track this down on Mothers Day and deal with this rather than a nice surprise for my mother. This is totally unacceptable for them to take your money and then not deliver. The rep offered me 50 percent refund and would attempt to deliver which I turned down. What good it is after mother's day when they already had 4 days to deliver it! I need a full refund. Will never use 1-800 flowers again. Awful company and customer service

I never leave reviews but needed to tell my story about the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I RECEIVED! I ordered two bouquets of flowers for my daughter's for mother's day. They never came nor did I get an email or text message telling me there was a delay or anything. That's so unprofessional and it messed up part of my childrens MOTHER'S Day Gift AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 10 DAYS BEFORE I SEE MY REFUNDNEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

I placed an order to have it delivered on Mother's Day or the day before Mother's Day on Mother's Day they told me that they would deliver my flowers two days after Mother's Day and then they have the audacity to offer me 50% of my money back never again never ever again

Order flowers for over $100 and all we got dead flowers, call them they said they will redeliver and guess what? Never happen... Call them, chat with them and all I get their lies about redelivery... BTW I have all proof screenshots with their promises to redeliver

The Worst

Tried a couple times - the first time they delivered a bouquet of tulips and it looked like they put it together in 5 minutes, all flowers wilted and looked terrible in just 2 days. Second time, Mothers Day - delivered without a card, to my Mother! So done, don't ever use this service, it's the worst.

Complete liars

I placed an order on Wednesday that said it would be delivered on Friday I then received the text message and email claiming that my flowers were delivered to my mother for mother's Day. My mother did not receive the flowers I spoke via text and live chat to an agent who then proceeded to give me a phone number that was not in service for the local florist. I then get somebody from Facebook Messenger to replace the order because I was told the item was not in stock which is why it wasn't delivered, yet my email said it was, they proceed to tell me it would be delivered on Saturday. Today is Saturday it is 10:00 p.m. again I get an email stating it was delivered, and again it is still not delivered. What a bunch of crooks and scammers why send an email claiming something's delivered if it's not in stock or actually not delivered. All they have to do is tell you the items not in stock so you can pick something else. I will never use them again

I paid for flowers through the website to be delivered a few days later. The site took my payment, and no acknowledgment of not having flowers available. Nor was there no mention of flowers, not being delivered on the set date. There was no contact a day later that the flowers had not been delivered and no apologies or any compensation. When I finally called them and asked them to hurry and get some flowers over there being any other option, I was told they couldn't do that. Well, your site says same-day delivery. Why couldn't you do that?. They told me by two more days later, they could have them there. Well that would be three days late for my one year anniversary and I was embarrassed as it was. They don't care and I would go with your local florist because you can hold them accountable. These people suck! I've never left a review in my life but I was so embarrassed by these flowers that being there and I'm not an angry soul I was just done wrong and everybody needs to know how pathetic they really are.

I understand substitutions. But when I ordered and PAID FOR an expensive bouquet of purple flowers to be sent to someone in the hospital, AND PAID EXTRA FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED THE SAME DAY, I got neither. SOOOO not happy. To kind of make it up to me, they sent the recipient a second arrangement-still not anywhere close to what I ordered/paid for.

I spent a lot of money 145 for some beautiful tulips for my wife on Mother's Day the pictures are beautiful on the website the flowers we received are dried up and sowing diseases on them and the other gift I bought from them didn't even arrive at the same time if you look at the picture on the website and the actual thing they are horrible

I ordered flowers which had an open slot for delivery "today". Not only did they not deliver the flowers, but they went ahead and replaced the specific bouqet that I chose with something completely different without even asking for my approval. On top of that, I had to keep asking "Are you there?" to the customer service agent after 7 minutes of waiting each time. TERRIBLE!

Took some time off from ordering from 800-flowers. Withdrawal to my account today for SAME DAY DELIVERY FLOWERS - says they delivered... NO FLOWERS. So I call and they want to know if I want a redelivery - NO HER BIRTHDAY IS TODAY - ok so it will take 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR REFUND... WTF! I ORDER AND YOU TAKE MONEY - YOU DO NOT DELIVER AND THEN I HAVE TO WAIT 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A REFUND? Sounds like they should change their name to 800-FLOWER-SCAM

Dead flowers
May 10, 2023

My daughter sent flowers for Mothers Day. 1800Flowers stuck a bouquet and vase in a shipping box with nothing to cool or hydrate the flowers. FedEx left it on my porch on a 90 degree day and didn't ring the bell. I was home but had no idea they were there until evening. By then the bouquet was hot to the touch and many flowers and most of the leaves were dead. Some stems were liquifying, and some flowers were hanging down because they'd broken. They don't have the usual beautiful smell. This is nothing like a florist.

Disappointing mothers day gift

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered on Mother's Day two days prior. I stated it was a business and they delivered them 45 minutes after she left work I had all day to make the delivery because the idea of sending a Mother's Day gift it so they can enjoy the gift on Mother's Day. Extremely disappointed I will never use them again.

Worst flower company I've ever dealt with. Not only did not deliver flowers to the funeral service, but did not notify me they were not delivered until 9PM that night, while I was GUARANTEED they would be there by 9AM to the church. I requested a refund, which they told me will take 10 days. Terrible experience.
