So my dad passed away right before my moms bday, on his death bed he ask that I sender her something for her bday. So I ordered the happy bday bear with love and my dad's name on it, this was Dec 8th. So I agreed that I knew it would come on the 16th fine not a biggie. Then the $#*! hit the fans. I was told we'll you have to call the third party vendor, so I complied then was told to call fed x then they said they have had a ticket to ship but they had not sent FedEx the package. So again I spoke to the 4th asshat at V rhis company with promis of they will refund me and place order again and that th we y would cover expedited shipping only to be transfered again to another person that I could barley understand. Only to be told they would only give ne a credit and I V told them absolutely not that I would never shop here again. So then was told I would get a refund in 7 to 10 days and that they were still gunna send the bear. Well guess what? These jack a doors said fedx bow had it. So of course I believed them "NOT" again fedx said we r sorry that these idiots lied we have a label but no package to send...this was so perfect now she will never get it
I ordered flowers 11 days in advance for a funeral. My order was very specific with date, time, place and the decedent's name. On the day of the funeral, the flowers had not been delivered. I called customer service and was told the flowers were out for delivery. They NEVER arrived. USE ANOTHER FLORAL DELIVERY SERVICE!
I spent over $100 on an order for my boss and my coworkers. I ordered 4 days in advance. The order failed to arrive on time. It was left in a neighbor's doorway overnight and the fruit was poorly put together and wilting. Never again.
I ordered a beautiful Christmas arrangement and received a handful of tulips. Talked with two different customer service people and got no help at all. The third person assured me I would be credited within 5-10 business days, and that never happened. Will never shop there again.
Ordered 3 month subscription as a gift. 1 800 flowers placed the order for all 3 months to be delivered in one week. Even though they indicated the error was on their end they stated they were unable to resolve the issue. The gentleman we spoke to(on phone for 45 min) I believe wanted to help but he indicated he was unable to. Requested to speak to his manager numerous time which he indicated we were unable to. As of this writing flowers have not been delivered. First two deliveries are 3 days late. In the future we will go directly to our local florist.
I ordered one dozen chocolate dipped starwberries as a birthday gift, paid for same day delivery for 12/19. Its 12/20 and no delivery yet with very poor commmunication on where my items are. I had to contact heir customer service to find out why they did not deliver as promised. They did refund the 18.98 for same day delivery but that is not the point. I was given a delivery window between 9 am and 8 pm LOL noithing like customer service. I should have read the reviews, Truly Disapointed

She asked for a different credit card. I later called my credit card companies. The first credit card company said tried to send the charge through three times! She also charged the second credit card! I had to cancel both credit cards due to fraud! 1800Flowers is a scam!
Did not deliver flowers. Took money from bank when I called they refuse to refund me. So I got no flowers and the kept my money. Don't buy from these people. Scam
I ordered the "In Loving Memory Peace Plant" on Dec 6th to be delivered on Dec 8th. Thant would have been perfect because the funeral is Today Dec 9th. Well found out the plant was not delivered yesterday, so I called to see why. Well after being told that they would be delivered by the end of the day today. I told the rep. That I would like to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge because this is unacceptable. I am usually a reasonable person however today is not the day...These flowers were to be delivered to a man who has lost his Only Son age 22, in a car accident three days after Thanksgiving. So yes, I am pissed, and all this rep can do is give me the run around and not let me speak with a supervisor. So I decided to vent my frustrations here.
I ordered a funeral spray for my father-in-law's funeral six days before the service and received a confirmation email. Called the morning of the service to confirm and was told the local florist was unable to fulfill the order. No phone call or email notification of this. Spoke with a supervisor who stated they found another florist and the spray would be delivered before the 7pm rosary. Flowers never arrived. Called after the service demanding a refund and after being placed on hold numerous times, was offered a 20 dollar credit for the "inconvenience". Told them to keep the 20 bucks as I will NEVER use this company again. Total nightmare and if I could give them 0 stars, I would.
I ordered a beautiful expensive bouquet.They sent me a picture of what they delivered.It looked nothing like what I ordered.It mainly consisted of a bunch of wilted daisies.
I should've checked reviews first. I experienced the same disgust as mentioned multiple times in other reviews. What I ordered versus what I got was despicable. Customer Service chat was willing to send out another bouquet but neither of them was worth $90. I also received a coupon for my next purchase, but I will be going to a different.com next time. The first bouquet at least had the lilies in it. The second was brighter (better lighting?), but no lilies... No the LARGE EUROPE IN THE FALL! Just disappointment.
I wrote a review on the 1800Flowers website but they only post 5 star reviews which may or may not be real! Ordered flowers - took 2 phone calls-1st call 30 minutes & 2nd call 10 minutes. I was very patient placing the order but the process should not take that long! Had to call back bc they never asked who the card should be from! Or anything about a card!
The next day was given no notifications the flowers were delivered as I was told I would be notified. Got a call at 5 pm asking if they could tell the recipient who the flowers were from bc no card was attached! So disappointed!

One of my employees lost his dad. I ordered an expensive, classy white arrangement with classy greens (like eucalyptus) in the arrangement. Don't know how they got my info, but they started charging me between $40 to $100 a month when I never used their services to begin with. Luckily I got my money back, but what kind of scum bags do this in the first place. They should be in jail.

I ordered an adorable puppy floral arrangement for my hospitalized 95-yr old grandmother. I spent $85 dollars on this arrangement. The arrangement looked like nothing like the order! When I tried to call for a resolution, I was disconnected after being on hold for 13 minutes.
I then went onto the website and initiated a help chat. It took over an hour to reach even a somewhat satisfactory resolution. The rep even called me by the wrong name at one point.
I ordered flowers for my daughters 40th birthday. I paid 90 dollars and what was delivered was half dead flowers. I sent pictures and have reached out to customer service twice and they will not respond! The flower arrangement I chose and the flowers delivered looked nothing alike. I paid for a Mylar balloon and they just put a stick balloon in the arrangement.
