I ordered a lavender tribute display for a memorial service. It was perfect! I was very pleased with the arrangement of the colors (lavender, white, and pink) and the basket that the flowers were in. The floral display was beautiful--many people commented on the beauty of the flowers and the arrangement. It was exactly as shown on the web site.
I recommend using 1-800-Flowers for all floral needs. Great Job!
I ordered the 'large' arrangement, which looked impressive online. However, when it was delivered to the intended recipient, it was small (about the height of a wine bottle) and was very underwhelming. It certainly was not an $80 arrangement. The flowers were nice, but it looked like the small version of what I ordered
I have used 1800Flowers before and decided to use them again for Mother's Day. I ordered 3 separate orders. I was not impressed by the cost of shipping/handling charges.
Once the orders were being delivered, the 2 that were sent via FedEx arrived without issue. The personal delivery service is where the problems started. I received a phone call because the first delivery address, the business was closed. I then provided the home address being promised the flowers would be delivered by Mother's Day. The following day I received another phonecall from customer service again saying the delivery to the business address was unsuccessful and if I could provide another address. I asked the person on the other line why she was calling again. She did not have any notes in the system regarding my 30min phonecall the day before.
Unacceptable when I am spending +$300.
While the flowers were beautiful, I contacted your website within 24 hours of placing the order to change delivery date --order placed May 7th for delivery on May 11th. On May 8th in the morning I tried to change delivery date due to the person having to go out of town unexpectedly and was surprised you could not accommodate that request when it was still 3 days until delivery. Consequently, the flowers were dead by the time she got home.
I sent my purchase to my mother and she loved it! She is enjoying all the treats! Thank you so much!
I usually order from this business but never ordered chocolates before. The first time i tried it out - molten, inedible chocolates.

The flowers and vase were beautiful. Too bad fedex left them on the front porch in the sun for an hour before she found them their.

My husband ordered the flowers for me for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. My first clue that they were going to be bad was when the driver handed them to me and rose petals were all at my feet from one of the roses. I added water as directed and within 3 hours all the flowers maxed out and the other roses began to wilt. 1 and a half days later they were all wilted! The flowers came from Magical Flowers, Naples Fl ******* Magic Yes, all dead in a day and a half! He would have been better off buying from Publix and spent A LOT less! $90.00 for this! The arrangement looked really close to what I had order however the flowers were dying the following morning. I am not sure if they did not have enough water or the flowers were not fresh. The delivery was on time as promise. I will order again from 1-800 flowers
Arrived as promised. Vase and flowers were physically in great shape and had a great fragrance. Delivery person was kind and curtious.
The 1-800-FLOWERS order was delivered within 2 hours of being ordered for our granddaughter's birthday. She was so surprised and so amazed with the arrangement. It was the puppy arrangement. It meant the world to her, especially since she has a new real puppy besides the puppy arrangement.
I ordered 2 of the same arrangements, one for each of my 2 sisters, for Mother's Day. One lives on the East Coast, and the other lives on the West. The arrangement received by my sister on the East coast was very much a match to the arrangement I ordered, based on the image provided on the site. The arrangement received by my sister on the West coast was not only dissimilar to the one on the site and received by my other sister, but it also was not as full. Disappointed. At least they both arrived according to schedule. I will think twice before ordering again from this vendor.
Although my ex-mother-in-law in Minnesota and I haven't seen each other in years and don't often talk on the phone, we remain close and always enjoy our conversations and correspondence. I wanted to send her a small token of appreciation for her friendship and kindness. Being in assisted living, she doesn't have much room. I sent her a small gardenia plant for her apartment that she could later share by having it planted on the grounds or potted to be placed in a common area. She was thrilled with it. One bloom had blossomed and there were many unopened buds, so she is looking forward to enjoying their beautiful fragrance for several weeks, at least. The plant was very affordable, even with shipping and delivery. I'm pleased with the quality of product and service and will definitely use 1-800-FLOWERS again.
Do not use this company. I ordered Mother's Day flowers on 5/4/17 to be delivered on 5/12/17. I received a confirmation and a delivery notification which turned out to be false because my mother never received the flowers because they were not delivered. When I called 1800Flowers, they apologized and said they would redeliver but the earliest they could deliver is 5/18/17. Apparently, their vendor ran out of flowers. Why would they send a delivery notification if the flowers were not delivered? And why confirm an order if you're not able to deliver? I am waiting for a refund which the customer service rep said would take 3-5 business days. It's easy for them to charge your credit card but it takes them several days to issue a refund. Never use this business.
