The arrangement was so cute. I was very happy to receive it... my family knows I love cats. It had flowers in the shape of a cat and then many other flowers too. It came in a nice wooden basket which had a pretty Mother's Day balloon tied to it.
If I could give it zero stars I would! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my bestfriend and she received wilted flowers! I made a 100$ order and expected more! Excuse my language but $#*! THIS SITE IT IS BULL$#*!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
I placed 3 orders, 2 were fine the third had half dead flowers.My mother-in-law called to tell me how she received her flowers, half dead.
Flowers were in great condition and received on time as promised. My wife loved them as there were 24 not the usual 12 roses and they came in a variety of colors, not just red

Unfortunately, I have been disappointed again and again by this company. I'm not sure why i keep trying. My latest order (I guess I forget after a couple years) was for a preserved butterfly wreath. $89. Most of the flowers broke off in shipping so it is mostly just the leaves they use and the thick stick backing/ base with some silk butterflies. I got it for my mother to hang on her door in the nursing home. As you approach down the hall ALL you see is the sticks. Not really what i was going for. Not to mention the odor of the preservative.
Yeah. I think I'm done. Others must have better experiences for them to stay in business.
Unlike the "other" online Flower vendor, 1-800-Flowers keeps their promise on delivery. I appreciate the quality of their products and service.

I have always used 1800 flowers and their partners, customer service has gone down hill and they are using people that do not speak English well to answer the phones. Very hard to get your questions across and the matter resolved. Hopefully they will be working on this. I would appreciate it:-)
Ordering flowers to an overseas address is very easy The flowers were delivered on time and enjoyed very much.
I ordered the pink calla lilies plant in a very nice pot. It was sent to a friend and she loved it and sent me a picture! It arrived when promised.
This company is absolute trash. I ordered a bouquet for mother's day. Not delivered. Then promised delivery on the 15th. Not delivered. Again on the 16th, 17th, 18th AND 19th. NO DELIVERY. I called 6 times, spoke to 3 managers. I was promised a full refund and complimentary bouquet, then got disconnected. I called back, then I was told I DO NOT get a refund and complimentary bouquet. First off, their customer service is ATROCIOUS. I WORK for customer service in a call center. I deal with customer every day, and I would NEVER treat them with the amount of disrespect that I've been treated with from 1800 flowers. Don't EVER use 1800 flowers, you'll regret it, you'll have to call a billion times to get NOTHING, and the flowers are sub-par at best. I'm utterly disgusted at their customer service as well as the "service" in general with their flowers and delivery. 100% smile guarantee, what a complete and utter lie. 100% dissatisfaction and worst customer service I've ever experienced. Can I also say, I AM foreign, and I hear many things here in the US regarding support overseas. This is the first time I'm agreeing with them. And that makes me incredibly sad. Way to change the world with this kind of customer service training, guys.
The gifts I ordered for my wife, mom, and sister were all loved. Delivery was just as expected. They talked about how much they really loved the gifted boxes.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE
I ordered flowers May 1 for Mothers Day to be delivered May 14th. However, despite ordering 2 weeks early, the flowers were never delivered to my mother nor did I ever receive any tracking notice or email regarding their lack of delivery. The following Monday (5/ 15) I called to figure out where my flowers were. The customer service rep had no excuse of why they were not delivered. We agreed he would send me the flowers anyways with a full refund, plus would call my mother to apologize. Nice gesture, right? Sure-- until those flowers ALSO FAILED to turn up more than a week later, my refund was NOT processed, and my mother received no said apology call. So, customer service agent 9007 completely LIED to me. 19 days after ordering still nothing. I called one last time, requested a full refund yet again and I no longer will even bother trying to get my flowers delivered. Im very disappointed. This was the worst experience Ive had with a flower delivery place ever. Do not bother with this place. The 100% Smile Guarantee phrase on their website is complete BOGUS. I should have checked their reviews online avg of 1 STAR (shocking!). I would give them 0 if I could. Trust me, dont make the mistake me and many other customers did and go to a local florist instead.
