I would have to say that receiving the flowers in the 1-800 box was probably the best thing ever. I know that sometimes they come from a local forest, but they do not seem to last near as long as this delivery has. It's been well over a week and they look just as beautiful as they did last week, if not even better! All I know is that my wife has really enjoyed them as well as I. Thank you!

The worst service ever. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day paid a service charge and a second charge for delivery on May 14. I received a confirmation that promised delivery between 8am and 9pm. That long delivery window and late end point was bad enough but then they failed to deliver.

When I called to ask where the flowers were the customer service agent simply apologized and said they had no vendor available. We live in the Washington DC suburbs. It is not like florists are a rarity here.

Postscript: I asked to speak to the customer service representative to speak to my supervisor. She then hung up. I called back and was told that I could not speak to a supervisor because the prior agent had left the matter open and therefore only her supervisor could access it. As they would not identify anyone for me to talk to, refused to let me talk to any supervisor, and refused to give any identifying details (such as an ID number) other than the fact that they were in one of several call centers located in the Philippines, I am pretty much out of luck - though I will call VISA and ask them for a full refund and NEVER use this company again.

This is the first order that didn't get an A+ rating and I would give an D for Quality. An A for delivery and a C+ for website. I found very little available for the starting price offered on "promotionals."

This was an order for a gardenia plant for mothers day when I was talking mom and asking her how it was she seemed reluctant to talk too much. She eventually told me
It was about 2-3 in and did not have any flowers not even any buds.

I am very upset and wont be using 1 800 flowers again.

Don't use them. Just don't! They gave me the worst customer service. Made a huge error, acknowledged it but would do anything to fix it other than saying sorry. I will never use this company again for anything. Shameful.

I ordered flowers to be sent to my boyfriend's mom for Mother's Day a week ago to be delivered the Thursday before. I never received a confirmation email about my order being processed or being shipped or out for delivery, so I called the day my order was supposed to be delivered. The FIRST time I called I was hung up on by the woman who answered. The SECOND time I called a guy named Ryan answered and told me my order would be delivered that day by 4pm. The THIRD time I called I spoke with a woman name Taraji ( I couldn't understand her through her accent) and she told me my order hadn't been processed properly and their florist never received my order. She then offered to re deliver it only to tell me that the arrangement I wanted was no longer available. How NO ONE was able to see this the initial TWO times I called is beyond me. The fact that NO ONE was aware that anything was wrong until I called is also beyond me. They are unprofessional, untrained and clearly inept. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Save your money and use it at a local shop or something. Their whole customer service department SUCKS.

We all have to face the fact that at some point in our lives someone we love will pass on, at which point its hard to find the words to comfort the feelings that the loss leaves. When our colleague lost his father we did not know what to say that would comfort his soul and assure him that our thoughts were with him and his family. The beautiful flowers we sent served to honor his father's life and bring relief to a broken heart. The flower arrangements were at the funeral home on time and beautifully displayed.

I recently ordered mother's day flowers for my wife. Got them on 5/12/2017. The shipping was very bad. The flowers were crushed and one flower even came off when we were unpacking them. I will not order again from them!

Placed an order Wednesday for delivery Saturday extra $10 for Saturday delivery). On Thursday, realized address had been input incorrectly. Called to change, on phone for 40 minutes, told I could change address for $14.99. Then told I would have to call FedEx myself. Terrible. Will never use again.

I did not know that patients in ICU were not allowed flowers or plants in their rooms... my lack of knowledge entirely! HOWEVER, I would have had the plant delivered to my nephew's home if I had known that the delivery could not be made to him in the hospital DIRECTLY by 1-800-Flowers. What a waste!

After having to redeliver the order, the order did not look like the picture. It appeared that the local florist took the cheap route in making the arrangement and kept out a lot of the additional flowers in the arrangement.
