I CALLED THEM 4 TIMES DURING THE DAY BECAUSE OF MY CONCERN. THEY KEPT TELLING ME THAT THEY WOULD DELIVER THEM AND THEY NEVER DID. I ASKED THEM TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND THEY THEY REFUSED TO PUT ONE ON. TODAY IS VALENTINES AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THEY CAN RE DELIVER ON THE 25TH WITH NO REFUND. THIS MAKES NOE SINCE AT ALL. THIS IS THE WORST FLOWER COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD IN A HEART BEAT. ITS VALENTINES DAY I THOUGHT I WAS BEING A GOOD HUSBAND AND GETTING MY WIFE 2 DOZEN ROSES WELL SHE MAYBE RECEIVED 2 OR 3 ROSES OUT OF THE 24 THE OTHERS WERE DESTROYED! PETALS EVERYWHERE WHEN OPENING THE BOX (THE BOX WASN'T MESSED UP SO ITS DEFINITELY THE COMPANIES FAULT NOT THE DELIVERER THEY DO NOT CARE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY) ALSO THE BUDS WERE FALLING OFF OF THE STEMS... If I could give a minus star grade I would. I ordered flowers to be delivered on 2/13, that 1 800 Flowers recommended to guarantee costs and delivery. Problem number 1. Foreign speaking agents who can't speak or understand English. After placing my order, I noticed a mistake in the message I was sending. As soon as I noticed my mistake I called and was reassured by the foreign' speaking agent that it was corrected. To make matters worse, he read back the correct message to me and assured me the order would be delivered on 2/13, to the recipient's place of business. When I did not receive a confirmation email as promised to say that the delivery was made, I called only to find out that the order was cancelled with no notification to me. I was again reassured by another foreign' speaking agent that the order would instead be delivered today to the recipients's home at no charge as a way of compensating me for the inconvenience. When I called after looking on line to check the status of the delivery, THERE WAS NO RECORD ON FILE! This was after being on the phone with another foreign' speaking agent for over 30 minutes. To further add insult to injury, the next delivery date I was offered was 2/18. How ludicrous is this?! I hung up and will demand my money back. This is very poor and acceptable service.

Bad services

I've ordered from this company twice now and both times they have gotten my order wrong. Now they won't even contact me back. I ordered a large arrangement of flowers and got a small to a medium one. Over charging isn't right! As you can see the one I ordered is smaller than the one that was received

Horrible

Dead flowers delivered 24 hours after the promised date, left at the door in - degree weather, with people home! After arguing with someone for over 30 minutes who only wanted to offer me a 20 dollar gift card and more dead flowers, and me literally asking to speak with a manager 6 times I got transferred to the so called loyalty office who stated all they could do is refund my money! I am so embarrassed and sadden that my mother rece6dead flowers on Valentines day!

Dont waste your money on there flowers they are $#*!! Got some for Valentine's day very disappointed! Flowers are so small and packed so tight they are smashed! Very sad my husband wasted his money on theses flower that were supposed a dozen roses and i got seven roses and some $#*!ty others flowers! Very disappointed! Honestly i cried when i saw them!

This is a fraud site

I ordered flowers and a gift on the 12th, for Valentine's day for a delivery on the 13th to my wife. The transaction went through and was posted to my credit card. 2 hours later, an agent called me and said "sorry sir, the order is not available, we are doing a replacement order for you and you will get an email shortly". That "shortly never happened". I started calling their "helpline" and realized that they are a bunch of scamsters in a foreign country. Each agent I spoke to gave me a new "order number", and once even had the guts to give me a "FedEx tracker". Of course all these were wrong, and nothing showed up. I made about 9 calls - each had a different story - went from " yes, we are sending on the 13th" to " now its the 14th", to " yes its processed, i am on the other line with FedEX, here's a tracking number, but fedex can't find it " to " we will send you on the 15th" to "sorry sir order not available, monday the 17th " to " sir your cc didn't go through, do you have another one?". They are frauds, period. Need to be taken to court. It's not about the 95 dollars I lost, but they ruined a special day.

Disappointment!

Ordered flowers on Feb 10,2020 to be delivered Feb 13,2020 and received email confirming order. On Feb 13, I called customer service 3 time because at this point I did not get a shipping confirmation. Customer service told me order was on its way and it will be delivered by 8pm. Order was never delivered. Today, I sent an email early morning telling them about my order. Their reply was that selected item was not available at the time and they will replace it with something else. 1800flowers did not send an email in advance to let me know order was not available when I paid for it. Please stay away, they just want to sell but do not deliver.

My husband sent flowers to my office 3 days prior to Valentines Day. He wanted for me to enjoy them all week so ordered early. The flowers arrived on time. When I opened the Box they appeared smooshed but I followed the directions. About 5 hours later some started to wilt. By the following day I had to remove 4 roses because the buds were so wilted. By the 3rd day half the arrangement was wilted and the baby's breath was turning brown. Not as concerning but rather disappointing was the vase that had a wired "water proof" sheet rather than an actual "decorative" vase.

They treat you badly, lose your orders, don't try to help you replace it, charge you for delaying your order that you specifically paid for same day delivery WORST EXPERIENCE EVER you don't get what you ask for and they lose it if you do don't waste your time or money

Took money. No flowers

Ordered flowers On Feb 10 for a delivery on the 12th. Confirmed on the 11. No delivery was made. Called and was told delivery was in now the 17th. That was to late for the planned occasion. They refused to refund me. So beware, they take your money before they process your order, they do not deliver the product and they don't give refunds. Oh but they will send you a $20 credit for your next order so your loss will only be $80 dollars next time instead of $100. This place needs to be shut down.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Non of the customer service options on their page work. If you call you get a foreign call center that don't understand or speak clear English, or use correct comprehensible grammar. They offer no help and no solutions. Address was entered but given correctly to the vendor. Fed Ex called to get a clarification but they still did not get the delivery right. I called 1800flowers 4 times trying to confirm shipping and delivery information but never got any satisfactory answer. Fed Ex is still trying to confirm where and how it was delivered but still no satisfaction from 800 flowers. There email must be a robot it keeps saying your order and your smiles were delivered. I keep responding no it was not but just get the same canned response. How on earth did they get a customer service award.

Dont waste your time or money. My "special occasion " has been rudely dismissed by my same day request, flower delivery. I'm going on day 4, yes, no typo, day FOUR and they STILL keep calling me up with BS attempts, bad address or delivery attempt too late for a business. Oh, did I mention the delivery is going to a HUGE federal building in Washington DC? Yeah, they couldn't find it.

Ordered online and the website sneaked in an extra $29.95 passport charge that I didn't order. Called customer service agent kept putting me on hold, 15 minutes later someone else came on to try and save the refund. Said she wasn't able to issue refund I'd have to wait for a supervisor I told them I would cancel charges at my bank. Company is a scam STAY AWAY!

Nightmare!

I attempted to order roses for my wife for Valentine's. I used a promo code "Hannity" and was told this code was not valid. I was on the phone with 1-800 while listening to the Hannity radio show and he had just advertised 1-800. I cancelled my order and was going to try later on line. At 11:30pm, while I was sound asleep, a supervisor from 1-800 called me! I $#*!ed her out and hung up. I tried to do this the next day and ended up calling again because I couldn't do it on line. I told the woman my order and 26 minutes later she told m ed that the promo code I g as very her could not be used to send flowers to a hospital. I tried Rush, Hannity and Beck and all had similar problems. Ridiculous! I spoke to several women and all were obviously from another country and extremely hard to understand. I still have not received the email confirmation of my cancellation and return of my $108.37. Yep, $100+ Save your time and $ and do yourself a favor and order from a local florist.

Terrible service!

I placed an order for flowers and paid via PayPal, it came up as Internal Error and that it didn't process, this order also used my $15.00 discount, being it didn't go through I placed the order again, this time it went through but I did not have my $15.00 discount anymore. I saw two emails from PayPal sending money to 1800 flowers, but only one order came through on my email. I called the representative and they only see one order, so where did the other payment go? They also could not help me with the $15.00 which I lost due to their site not being able to communicate properly with PayPal. I do not know why I go back to these people as every time I use them it is another issue. Let's see if they actually deliver the flowers correctly as that was an issue at another time. STAY AWAY!

Conroy's Flowers Long Beach ever again in my life NOR RECOMENED FAMILY OR FRIENDS. I order flowers for a funeral and I did the same day delivery it was suppose to be there fro 1pm to 3pm and they never showed up. Back on 2/5/2020, tried to deliver flowers for someone in hospital. Still on 2/7/2020, flowers still not delivered. They called over six times, tried to answer they wouldn't say anything when I said hello. Then they can't find my order, they don't know how to cancel the order and they can put me in touch with a supervisor. There customer service is from another country and they afe by far the worst customer service to deal with in the world. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer service

Ordered flowers for my mom s birthday. I received an email saying flowers were delivered. They never arrived. I called and they offered to redeliver them 13 days later. They offered me 50% refund and 20% off future order. I told them I d never order anything. Customer service girl kept calling me John instead of Mike. She was worth less. They wouldn t give me full refund so I called credit card for a dispute. I will never use them again. I will use local florists
