Worst flower company ever. They ruined my wife's birthday gift from me! I'm working overseas and wanted to send a nice gift to my wife as a surprise back home and they all ruined it by not delivering it because their people don't know what the heck they are doing. I canceled part of my order since they all decided not to deliver that part today, but instead their customer service canceled my entire order and screwed it all up. I will never use their service again. I am extremely disappointed! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!
I'm really disappointed with the service by 1800flowers. I ordered some arrangements for a funeral amounting to $500, they said that it was delivered but it was a lie. Then they told me that they would make sure that it would arrive before the funeral and that was a lie also. The arrangements did not arrive until hours after the funeral was over. Really a bad service.
Second year in a row they screwed up the birthday order for my friend. They said it "wasn't available" but never bothered to tell me. If I hadn't have made a stink about it, she never would have gotten anything and I'd be out $70. They offered me a $20 "refund" which was actually a credit for a future order. An order I WILL NEVER PLACE. What a rip off. What a screw up. I am very very very disappointed. And where are their customer service people located? In what country?

I ordered flowers on behalf of my job for a co-workers unexpected demise. I placed my order on 3/17 for a 3/20 delivery. The service was between 1 and 5. On my way home from the service at 5:45 I received a call from 1-800 flowers stating they did not have the arrangement I ordered and if they could replace it with something else. I am completely distraught! This seems to be how they do business. There are tons of complaints about flowers not being received. This is disrespectful and disgusting. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN…. EVER!
Flowered I ordered were a blue and white arrangement with a get well balloon which was a day late. When arrangement was delivered it was completely different from what I ordered. The flowers were red, yellow, violet and white with a deflated red balloon that looked like a old Valentine's Day left over. Recipient sent me pictures and I cried and apologized. I was fully reimbursed but did receive $20 credit that was promised.
If you are reading this review, please see this sincere request to NOT waste your time and money with this company. They never do things correctly, cannot deliver your order properly, cannot tell u an order number, or even give u a receipt. There is ZERO trust with their process and they try to upsell you all the time to a point where it is irritating. The only Proof of Purchase I have is they charged my credit but order was never delivered and no one knows what happened. What a scam!

I placed an order for flowers for condolences and the flowers were not delivered to the correct address. They refunded my order so I thought I will give them one more try and this time got worse weren't delivered at all. The 2nd order was for birthday. I will never use 1800flowers again. 1st time shame on them, 2nd time shame on me for giving them a 2nd chance.
Don't ever use 1800 Flowers! I ordered flowers for my 93 year old mother in law two weeks before Valentines Day. I monitored how and when they were delivered. They spent an entire day on a Fedex Truck, which after seeing what was delivered, I have no doubt that the driver was giving away some of the flowers since only a few of the $90 boquet were left and they were half-dead! Delivered until 5:30 in the evening so you can imagine how bad they looked when they were finally delivered.
I called customer service in one of many foreign countries that they outsource. The guy tried to get me to accept a $50 credit and when I refused, he offered me $20 credit and half the amount I spent. I told him that this was not a negotiation and asked how many more Valentines Days did he think she would have. The flowers were horrible and the service was horrible. He put me on hold and came back and said that I would receive a refund in the next billing cycle and that I would be sent an email outlining that. Of course, I never received an email.
A few days later, I called again and spoke to some woman named Johairia. I went through the same song and dance with her. Of course, I never received an email or refund. I called back again today and spoke with Curlene... this time from Trinidad. She apologized and I finally received an email that my credit card would be credited. We'll see... I will NEVER EVER use 1800 Flowers again not only
Because their flowers and service sucked but that they outsource their labor in another country!

BAD COMUNICATION FROM DELVIERY REP. UNABLE TO FIND RECIPIENT, 6 CALLS, TOTALLY LOST. Superbowl on the brain, day before. After all of these years of satisfaction, your services receive a 0 from me now, after 4 calls & 5 e-mails to you, get new delivery service out of Miami & use customer care reps who speak CLEAR English.
I will no longer waste my efforts or $ using your services. Recipient in Texas, after numerous calls, received hers. The lady in Coconut Grove, FL. Received nothing but trouble and a totally destroyed product. Over $90.00 for a Valentines Day Card & a destroyed gift, plus all the disappointment associated with the frustration of dealing with the delivery( Lack of) service.

The flower doesn't even deserve 1 star. But in order to leave a review, I had to give it 1. First off, the flower I ordered for my grandfather 3 weeks in advance came out looking nothing like what they advertised. So disappointed in 1-800flowers customer service as well. I will let you all be the judge on the sympathy arrangement. Which cost $250! Ridiculous! This will be my first and last time ever ordering from them again! Consumers beware, save yourselves heart ache and not order flowers for your loved ones from 1800flowers. Order from a different company with INTEGRITY!
This company has become worst over the years! 3 Times I have either not received order or the flowers came late and didn't look as advertised! All they can say is "Sorry for inconvenience and here is 20$ off for another order" That they will fail again to deliver. Want use them again!
I placed an order days before Valentine's Day and the shop that delivered it truly did a terrible job the flowers looked nothing like the design I chose. So I called and told 800-flowers. They said sorry and resent my order but to no surprise it was delivered terrible again. The whole vase and flowers were turned over so water spilled and ran under my front door into my apartment. No one knocked cause my wife was sitting on the couch by the front door. Until she got up and saw the water in the door way is when she opened the door and saw the flowers turned over on it's side. Whatever company they are working with is terrible. Neither order looks anything like the first pic of what I thought I was getting. I will never order from them again
I am very displeased with your service. I placed an order on Feb 3 for a valentines day delivery. This is my 31 year anniversary. They did not arrive as promised. I spoke with customer service and then rescheduled anoter delivery with chocolates and a $20.00 credit towards my next order for todays delivery. Those flowers and chocolates didnt arrive either. When I chatted with customer service again they were very rude and offered another $20.00 credit plus my money back. Which I should have at least received flowers as well. Just so you know I will make this public so all can see. I will also review and post this to google reviews and twitter. As far as your $20.00 credit it is worthless because you have lost a long time customer and will now loose many more from your poor and rude customer service
My dear husband sent me 2 dozen roses while I was out of town on Valentine's Day. Upon opening all the leaves fell off in a pile. Petals fell off as I carefully cut the stems and placed them in water and added the food. Over the next 2 days petals continued to fall and the flowers did not open up. I called customer service and all they would offer was to send a replacement to the same address. I can't take roses on the plane and they would not change address.
I order flowers to be delivered at a certain time I then received an email saying they were delivered but were not. Called customer service I had the hardest time trying to explain to the lady what was going on because I could not understand her and she couldn't understand me either. She tired to tell me maybe someone stole them and to wait until 8pm to see if they arrive before getting a refund. K Here is the thing I told her these flowers were for my grandmother birthday who is 81 my grandpa who is 80 they do not go nowhere unless it's the doctors which I would know. There always home and there not going to open there door at 8pm to some strangers, like really. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering on fb 1.3 stars out 5 I'm so disappointed with this being my first time using y'all 3rd party sucks
Received a plant from 1-800-flowers. During my time of grief, message was from a person who I didn't know. Called customer service and was unable to understand the gentleman on the phone. Talked with a heavy accent with what sounded as if he had a mouth full. Had to have him repeat the information at least 3 times and probably missed half of what he said. Now I wonder if the message was wrong and if the plant was also wrong. Where was quality control?
Beware! My flowers were FOUR days late and they sent me a bouquet worth $82 and charged me $138! Now they won't refund me at least the difference and the flowers were wilted!
I ordered the Valentine Splendor w/Purple Swirl vase on 2/10/22. It was promised for deliver on 2/14/22. The flowers did not arrive until 2/15/22 at 1:20 PM. When my wife opened the flowers they were brown around the edges of the petals and very wilted. The whole arrangement looked nearly dead and the color of the flowers made it look as if they were over a week old. The customer service representative offered a partial credit because I actually took delivery of the flowers. The flowers were late and damaged. Not a good way to celebrate Valentines Day.
