I ordered a medium sized floral arrangement 3 days before the delivery date from 1-800-flowers.com. The arrangement that was delivered was small, it barely filled the vase, the flowers were all open and wilted with bare spots. The arrangement looked like it was at least a week old. It definitely was not work the $59.00 for a medium arrangement. A grocery store arrangement would have looked better than that. It was very embarrassing to have every at the funeral see the floral arrangement I sent on behalf of my family

Placed three orders for Mother's Day flowers 6 days before Mother's Day.
Two out of three of the orders were horrible!
Ordered my daughter a large " blushing beauty melody bouquet". (arrived on the fifth or sixth of May) When it showed up it wasn't even half the size of a small bouquet. (Have photos). Received 50% off and a $20 towards my next purchase.
I asked them if my other two orders were fine and I was assured they were going to be delivered on time.
On Mother's Day I received an email stating they were trying to call me (I have caller ID and no one tried to call me). To tell me that FedEx for did not pick up the bouquet to deliver. But then told me that they did not have the flowers needed to make my bouquet.
After some discussion, we came to an agreement on what type of bouquet to send to my mother-in-law and I was told it would be arrive Monday. But as they were processing it they told me it would not arrive till Tuesday the 10th.
As of today 17 May, the bouquet has still not arrived. Although I have been informed that it was going to be delivered today. More than one week after Mother's Day! Only offered a refund on my delivery.
Ordered two flower arrangements for mother's day. Paid for them 5 days prior to mother's day. Scheduled The items to be delivered on Saturday before MD. The first one arrived without a problem. The second item never arrived. They even contacted me to confirm the delivery address which I did. Thought everything went well but no delivery. Called customer service and I was told that they would reattempt the delivery on Sunday. Woke up Sunday morning and checked my order. My item was removed from my purchase history and my cc was charged a different amount from what I ordered. The automated system couldn't even find my delivery address in the system. It could on Saturday but not Sunday. Called and was put on hold several times. When I spoke with an agent I asked about my item not being in my purchase history. Was told that the system updated and it will fix itself once the delivery was completed. Spoke with a supervisor and was told that my order couldn't be delivered until the following Tuesday or Wednesday. I told them that it defeats the purpose of ordering because they were supposed to be delivered on Saturday before MD. Since they're untruthful I won't be using them again. The sad part about this is they delivered to that address in the past.
Our son sent flowers from 1800flowers to arrive on May 6. $79.00 later and they never showed up.
The company was contacted and another bouquet was sent that arrived on 5/12/2022. Just in time for next mothers day. These were the sunset bouquet and it looked like the sun had already set on them. They looked droopy and dead. The preparation instructions were followed but they have not come back. What a waste of hard earned money.
I feel completely ripped off with the 100 dollar flower purchase I made for mother's day. The flowers were late, wilting and broken and much smaller arrangement than what I paid for. I paid for 2 balloons and only one was delivered. The customer support was a joke - they offered to do a redelivery A WEEK LATER, and give me 20 dollars towards another purchase. Do they think I want to purchase ANYTHING after that experience? Absolutely disgusting business practices and a huge scam. Will never ever do business with this company again. I would have gotten better flowers from a grocery store or even a gas station!
I'm "done". Complaint #1: flowers never delivered - was for a memorial service so redelivery not appropriate. Complaint #2: Wrong item delivered. On phone over an hour with 3 different reps with long holds, many transfers, and a "dropped" call. Had to redial. Still not yet resolved.
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. The flowers arrived in horrible condition. The plant 8in wide plant had few branches and half were broken or crushed. I called about a refund and was on a very long hold. While on hold I decided to use the char function. They first offered replacement but the flowers would arrive after Mother's Day. They then offered a $20 gift card for my next purchase with hf flowers. Again the issue was the arrival date. They then offered 50% credit and sending a replacement which I accepted. The person then left the chat. I tried the chat function again and the person would disappear for 6-8 minutes between questions then left the chat once I thought we were agreed but never received the promised email confirmation. I called again and got someone who I thought was processing a similar solution but never received the confirmation email. I called again and again thought the situation was resolved after being on the phone for an hour. Again no confirmation email or credit. I think they just hope you will give up. They promise resolution on the call or chat but leave before you get documentation.
I ordered 2 Sherri's Berries on Mother's Day 2022. One order delivered and the other was MIA by 4pm.
I requested a partial refund due to non delivery and wait,... low and behold this joke of a company charged me twice for the same order. Of course, customer service can't do a thing with double billing. So Ill call my bank and reverse both charges since the customer service sucked!
My wonderful military son (half a world away) ordered flowers to be delivered one day in advance of mother's day (May 8). I revceived a text stating that I would recieve them before 7 pm. At 7:30 They never came. I called to ask where they were. The driver told me they would be here between 9 - 10 pm and if not sometime tomorrow. Well they did not come May 7. My son should not have paid all this money for my flowers if they can't deliver when promised. I can't imagine what the flowers will look like tomorrow - if they even come. Save your money folks - go elsewhere to order flowers.
I received flowers from 1-800- flowers as a gift and the flowers were limp and did not look fresh. I called to complain and was extremely frustrated with the customer service. I was offered a coupon for 20 off my next order. I asked them to replace the flowers as I would not be ordering from them. This proved to be impossible unless they could contact the person who sent them to me. I explained that I did not want to hurt the persons feelings who sent them by letting them know the quality of the flowers. Long story short 1800 flowers did nothing. Do not order from them, the quality is poor and customer service is useless.
Flowers were smashed, had dead leaves, totally dried out ends. Got only partial refund after HUGE hassle.
I order some flowers from this company, the total should have been around $65.00 but was instead $90.00
Somehow they have a checked box on their checkout process to trick you into adding something you don't need. It sounds like a scam to me!
I ordered flowers for a birthday gift and they were not delivered. The company's resolution was to try delivering again 2 days later. This is not a reputable business and their customer service is horrible. Buy local.
My card was charged double what it should have been. I spoke to three agents the first one said "There was a Mother's Day sale but the sale ended while I was checking out so we charged your card for the new price." She told me she could not cancel my order only a manager could. She stated the, manager was busy but he would call me back. That did not happen. I did the online chat an hour or two later the online agent told me they could not cancel the order because the original agent had it locked but it appeared as though she was cancelling the order. Two days later no response from anyone so I contacted them again and their response was Oh well it has already shipped nothing we can do about it now.
My family ordered flowers for a celebration of life a week before our party. 1800 flowers didnt even attempt to do a delivery. Waited for two days after the party as well. How disrespectful of this place to do that to people. Never never will i use them again and will never reccomend them to anyone. Horrible customer service. I'm disgusted.
I ordered some flowers for my mother's birthday with a fruit basket. First off, the website it's self gave me a hard time for hours. With the wrong address and they placed the order without my consent! Foolishly went along with it thinking it was the right address then when from there. Two days later, the flowers was sent to the wrong address and when I got on the phone with them, they were giving me a hard time playing games and I repeatedly told them that I need to speak with a manger several times. Constantly putting me on hold... just a lot of unnecessary back and forth manipulating games. Go to CORPORATE and filed a complaint to get your full refund back. Never will order from them again!
I ordered flowers from them for Admin Professionals day and the orders did not show up. I called and the customer service was horrible. Would not give me a confirmation for my refund. Every order was delayed or could not be processed after they confirmed it for a date I requested. No call or notice from them at all!

I PAY not to have a delivery fee but they add another bogus fee on to the delivery that is equal to the delivery fee. I will NEVER use them again. What a scam.
Do not order from them. Go to local shop. They do not care about the little guys. Tired 2 days to get flowers delivered. Do not rely on them for your special occasion!
