My husband uses an older CPAP machine with a specific type of plastic face shield. I used to buy them on eBay but no seller seems to supply older parts. 1800CPAP.com had what we wanted even though it was at a slightly higher price than I used to get on eBay... but then everything is going up in price. The unit arrived quickly and in good shape. Hope we can still get it in the future.
Just wanted a spare tub for the "just in case" moment. I usually get this free through Medicare and my Supplemental Insurance, but didn't mind spending the $29.00 for the purchase and very quick delivery. Price was extremely fair, since I notice companies charge Medicare an outlandish price. Thank you!
I have purchased several CPAP related items from 1800CPAP and I am satisfied with pricing and shipping. But their email barrage very quickly became overwhelming. No one needs an email every day from a company you will probably do business with once or twice per year. I was also a little disappointed that they do not seem to offer discounts on the machines. But it's very difficult to find those discounts anywhere, which suggests it might be due to manufacturer rules.
TL;DR Good company, good prices, too many emails.
I am always a little leary of ordering from small unknown (to me) websites but this one accepted PayPal so I knew my information would be safe. I also Googled the company address and it was legit.
I ordered a CPAP mask and it arrived within a few days. I received emails along the way letting me know my order process. Everything was sealed and authentic. I will be placing more orders in the future.
I had to switch to a new mask because the company that supplies my CPAP equipment said it's been discontinued. After several months of suffering I found my old mask 1800cpap.com and it was cheaper than using my insurance for the other company. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

Ordering was easy. But when the package, containing only a face mask, arrived in Thailand Customs it was seized. CPAP machines & all associated equipment are restricted. Requires a registered import company, an import handler, FDA approval & a doctor's prescription to bring even a face mask or air hose into Thailand. Sending it back requires a product export license and a registered export company! Bottom line I just lost my money!
I had purchased from this company for the first time to help my step dad get supplies for his cpap, and the customer service I was provided is truly unmatched. My autocorrect accidentally changed part of the delivery address, and I was called directly by the company so they could bring the discrepancy to my attention for shipment so they could ship the order promptly. I was so grateful for this as I didn't realize that mistake. They shipped extremely fast, and my step dad is very pleased with the supplies he received. The prices were wonderful, too. Thank you!
The nature of their business affects people's health, and based on my experience I strongly recommend people to not order from them.
Even though their website offers the option for you to put in a different shipping address and billing address (and the shipment recipient's name and the name on the credit card used to make the purchase were identical) they sent me an email after a few days saying they flagged my order as possible fraudulent and demanded a copy of my ID.
After sending them that they asked for yet another piece of evidence, and then didn't respond for 3 days.
Once I called them they finally verified and then let me know that one of the items was out of stock and they refuse to send the multiple items separately.
At the end of the day they are sending out my shipment almost 2 weeks after ordering it (if they don't make any more excuses). My CPAP tubes are leaking and thanks to them I will have to deal with apnea episodes for an additional 2 weeks
Do not buy from this company unless you are 1000% ( yeah, thousand) sure that the product you buy is good for you. Understandable you can't return a medical product, like a mask in my case, but I expected some money or an exchange on the item since is not working at all for me. Well, bad lack. You can kiss your 100 bucks good bye. I think this is not less than a scam.
I'm a repeat customer for my Res Med Air Sense 10 nasal pillows, tubes, tank and filters because of 1-800-CPAP's competitive price and excellent service. Never had any issues buying from them... order is always correct, complete and on time.

Delivery was a few days before scheduled, which was a bonus as it was international. I have bought through 1800CPAP on a number of occasions, each time no problems. Prices are very competitive.
I received a new mask. It took me several days to try it. What a difference this mask makes. Light quite comfortable and doesn't make any noise to cause my wife to make me change position. I even set my CPAP back a couple of numbers I didn't need all that air blowing, slept better than I have in a long while..

Website is easy to navigate and checkout offers multiple payment options making purchasing easy. I was able to acquire hose, tank, nasal pillow, and head gear for under $100 so it's a good deal and shipping was free.
I've never had a disappointing online experience with this site, I don't need a site map to find my way around, prices and products are up to date and well made plus all the known brands are available. I am a return shopper and have made many purchases over the years and I'm sure I will be back to buy again.
Even though I live halfway around the world 1800CPAP is still able to get my order to me in record time and the products are second to none.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
