The product Rio II was well priced and an excellent replacement for a ResMed mask. May I suggest that when one knows the size of the nasal pillow, one should be able to get three of the size required instead of three different sizes. Sadly, two of them will be thrown away.
They must have stone tablets with the rules their customer service folks adhere to.
Say you get a 99 dollar mask that is a new style and you get it, you have not idea if it will fit until you open the package.
Well, you just bought a piece of plastic which you can throw in the trash for 99 dollars.
They should have something like 50 percent off another mask at least.
And I am a long time customer. Not anymore.
I have a difficult time maintaining a good seal with this mask.Maybe shouldn't be used with a bipap machine.
2nd issue I have is the amount of air this mask can exchange to the point my chest hurts in the morning.
This is my first purchased from your company.
I am surprised that the whole process is very efficient.

Looking for insert for face mask that had been discontinued…found it on the 1800CPAP site…ordered it…arrived as promised…happy guy! Selection was extensive! Site intuitive to use and order from! Minimal spam after the sale — just enough to show what they think you might need based on purchase. No "shared email address" spam that I could discern.
I have been using 1800CPAP for a couple of years now with absolutely no complaints. I have even visited their store front a few times and have always had a good experience. They are the only place that I use for my CPAP supplies.

I'm in Australia and the some of the items I bought are are not available here, which is a a shame, delivery was extremely fast considering I ordered near Xmas time it only took a week to arrive.

After 4 calls and reports of service required ~ we finally reached someone who gave permission for replacement, since it was under warranty. The stress of my husband not getting it to work for weeks was detrimental to his blood pressure issues.
I would recommend updating your website with proper phone numbers and it's related departments. It was hard to find the correct phone numbers and then waiting 45 minutes to be given another number to call.
We did finally get a replacement. So, all is finally ok.

The elbow is leaking air and her explanation was that it is to exhale, the elbow is under constant pressure and there is no way for the exhale to get mixed with the incoming air under pressure

I love the nasal pillows on the Cpap, but I cannot seem to keep my mouth closed, and just get a big whoosh of air through my nasal passages... Would appreciate any suggestions. Chin strap does not work for me.
Perhaps it's just the state of shipping in today's world but I paid $50+ to expedite the delivery as I forgot a part to my c-pap while away on vacation. Despite selecting next day delivery, it arrived three days later.
I will purchase all future products and accessories from them in the future. Prices were very reasonable compared to other vendors. Website was somewhat easy to navigate. Product was exactly as ordered. Thank You.
1800cpap sent the wrong size of product. Yes, it was past their 45 day timeframe but the rep nor the manager would help at all. This review is my only recourse. Buyer beware - I this hope it warns others.

Product received in a timely manner. I've ordered from this company before and have only had 1 order go astray but it was a carrier issue. Customer service was great in getting another order out to me right away.
Would highly recommend using this company. They have great customer service and are super knowledgeable about all their products. You can call chat or email and they respond almost immediately. Their prices are super reasonable and they have all the new things on the market. They even have a physician as part of their company so if you need any advice or small prescription changes they are able to do that right there for you. They were more helpful then my own in town sleep clinic. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing CPAP things weather new or not to the CPAP world!
I received an email saying I could take 15% off filter kit replacements. I tried ordering two kits but when I got to check out I received an error message telling me to try again later.
