They helped get the required perscription from my husband dr for this device. For some reason the insurance company we had didn't cover all of it so instead of paying for it and not getting the supplies we needed we came here so we could own one for him.
I live on the gold Coast, Queensland and have been using 1800CPAP.COM for several years. They always have what i require, are very good prices and I am often amused that their deliveries from the United States are quicker than from Melbourne Australia. Because of the Dollar difference I usually purchase two items which makes the prices better than local even with the exchange rate and shipping.

Knowing that I was going to have a problem getting my doctor to write a prescription out of their network of super expensive Apnia providers, I called 1800cpap.com's customer service. They told me what I needed my prescription to say prior to my visit. My doctor gave me ha hard time, but eventually wrote an electronic only version of the prescription that he thought would only work at the in-house clinic. Fortunately I got the assistant to give a paper version as I left. 1800CPAP.com was able to fill my prescription from the paper copy, probably saving me hundreds.

I have a resmed s9 and there are much newer models out now, I was worried I would order the wrong parts, I emailed support and they responded in less then 24 hours helped me make a list of what I needed AND gave me a %15 off discount code. This was my first order I needed a chin strap. I ordered 2 styles and 2 sizes of one. The first one I tried was pretty good, but not 100%. I got the large and regular ruby. The large was obviously too big so I looked for return instructions and found no such luck.
