They just want to sell a unit as fast as they can, but when you need to return it for repair, you will see they have no real "customer service". No communication, no status updates and no dates given when to expect it to be returned. Elevate the issue to "higher up" person and still get no real status updates but they make promises they never keep. Promise to call back; nothing. Promise to ship unit; nothing. Promise to give tracking number; nothing. Run away as fast as you can.

Stay away from these guys! Sales and customer service tells different stories, starting with them sending a unit I really didn't want. I use a walker and this machine is set inside its own roller walker. That would be interesting to get around with. Sales said I had 30 days to return it but customer service says there is a fee of 25 after 5 days. But today I find out it's 25% plus shipping - delivery and return. Cost back to me is over $800 which is outrageous. Live on Social Security, like many others using oxygen. Beyond Disappointed

Talked my elderly parents into an oxygenator they wanted to sell not the one they wanted. When it arrived it was used not new. 16 cell battery never arrived. And now they admit they don't sell the one we wanted. Three months into this and still waiting for the refund. Won't call me back and I'm a doctor. Dishonest at best. Taking advantage of elderly at the worst.

LPT Medical sold me a "brand new" oxygen concentrator for $2,700 which did not even last for 1 year. It has a 3-year warranty. I tried to ask for a replacement, then I was told to pay $90 for the shipping of the returned unit and another $390 for the loaner including shipping. When I was about to pay for the $390 loaner, customer service said that there's no available unit. Then, I went online on their web to buy another unit, they have available unit for sale at $2,900. I feel sad and disappointed. I am a senior citizen, living on my meager retirement. I cannot even trust this company to provide me an oxygen concentrator so I can live longer. Really, really, really sad!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, NO MATTER WHAT!

Purchased brand new machine on warranty which malfunctioned. Customer service charged me to ship the machine for repair ( also fee upfront for shipped back). Told maybe up to two weeks before it would be back. Later told after recontacted the company that it just arrived for repair— weeks after I shipped it.
Also told it would be probably 8 weeks before my machine would be back. I have no reason to trust it will be fixed in that this company already has demonstrated no regard for the health of the patients that receive equipment from them.

Albert was very nice my dissatisfaction is I get a post card in the mail that says your having a Fourth of July Freedom Sale for 1495.00+free shipping and I have to pay 1899.00+45.00 shipping that only comes with a 1 year warranty. Then your website says they have models starting at 1295.00. That just isn't right so this thing better be worth the money because that is false advertising. I was afraid that postcard was a gimmick and unfortunately I was right. If it wasn't for the rest of the family insisting Dad needed this I might not have bought this.

LPT Medical falsely states they have a working relationship with Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. That is NOT true. If you purchase a portable oxygen machine from LPT Medical your costs will NOT be reimbursed, because this company does not have a relationship with Medicare or Federal Blue Cross, Blue Shield...no matter what they claim.

Tip for consumers:
They appear to package and sell refurbished oxygen concentrators, as new items.

Products used:
No refund after 30 days. Medicare and Insurance reimbursement notifications typically come 60-90 days. So LPT Medical washes their hands, and says "Sorry, there's nothing we can do after 30 days."

I bought my mom oxygen machine from LPT medical after less than a year it broke. They offered to buy it back for $1600 and offered me another machine. I accepted. After receiving the new machine found out it was faulty from the beginning. My mom Oxygen would drop to the 60s while wearing it so I called them back and I told him that it's not working and I need another machine so they replaced it for me. They have received my older machine, February 13, and so far they have not refunded me anything. In fact they told me that I misunderstood and the refund would be 600 then they changed it to 200 and now we're settled on 100. If I haven't received a machine from them I would've said that they are scammers I would never buy from them again I lost so much money time and energy and my mom's health dealing with this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

In Jan of 2023 I purchased a Zen-0 02 concentrator. The so called respatory specialist Mr. Sansovini was the person to assist me and suggested the Zen-0 product. I was represented to me as coming with 2 batteries. Only received 1. When I talked to Mr. Sansovini he tpld me the extra battery was on back order. 1 month later still no battery. The next time I spoke with Mr. Sansovini he said they had just arrived and would ship to me the next day.Guess what? It has been 3 MONTHS and no battery, will not take calls, will not answer emails. I have no recourse to resolve the issue with this sham of a company except to file a complaint with my state attorney general and the federal bureau of consumer affairs to get some satisfactory resolution. I bought a Caire - rebranded as Arya - POC from LPT Medical in October 2022. Although the unit didn't work quite as well as the sales pitch I was very happy with my purchase until the unit failed a few months later. I followed LPT's instructions, including paying $90, and sent the unit via UPS to the repair site in Georgia. UPS says the unit was received on Feb. 22,2023. Haven't heard a word from LPT about repair or replacement. At this point, I have concluded that I've been ripped off for close to $2,500. A mean way of treating a housebound, disabled, senior citizen. Apparently this is the normal business practice of LPT Medical. A great sales force backed up by nothing.

Bought a concentrator from this company. "Suppose" to be brand new. NOT. Its refurbished piece of crap. I was told one price then charged another. Called and emailed within the first 30 days. No one responded to me untill after the 30 days. Now they want their money. If I would of sent it back. Its has to completely in box and not opened. HELLO how ARE suppose to know if it works? You are taking advantage of people that have to depend on theses to help them breathe. A woman paid 3000 for a machine she never got. Another gentleman just wanted a new battery. Paid for it and never got it. DONT BUY FROM THE. CHECK THE BBB THEY ARE ON THAT SITE

I have a portable o2 concentrator that is malfunctioning. I have been trying to reconcile the issue for a week. In that week i have been on hold for at least a collective 30 minutes. My calls have not been returned. I have been lied to at least twice. I would give the company an F- if there is such a grade. Do business with them at your peril.

My mother in law bought a Zenolite Oxygen Concentrator from this company on June 7th of this year. Included in the purchase price of $3495.00 was a "lifetime warrantee." The unit stopped working last week, while she was out of town. When she called to get it fixed, the man told her he would sell her another unit for a mere $1000.00 with a "lifetime warrantee." She told him she didn't want to buy a new unit, she wanted this one fixed at which point he transferred her to someone else, who first told her to remove the battery for an hour and a half, then put it back in. She did. It didn't work, so she called them back to tell the man it didn't work, at which point he told her he would sell her a new unit for $1000.00.

When she again said she wanted the one she had already purchased, fixed, because it was under a "lifetime warrantee, he transferred her to a woman to schedule a pick up of her unit.
At that point she was informed that she would have to pay $90.00 for shipping to have the unit picked up. Then she asked for a loaner unit she could use, until hers was fixed.
The woman told her she could "purchase a loaner" unit for a mere $390.00.
This is an outrage to treat elderly people this way.
The unit lasted only less than 6 months. She paid a lot of money for it. And now, because their crappy equipment broke down and she wants to have it fixed, she must somehow come up with almost $500.00, for a "lifetime warranted machine?"
I called the company myself to find out why this poor woman, should have to pay for a "loaner," when it is their machine that broke down!
The response I got from a woman named, Malory, was the broken record technique of dealing with upset customers. She jus kept saying, " if she wants a loaner unit she has to purchase one."

Mom was in tears. She is on a fixed income and can not afford all that money.
So my point is, this company sells crappy equipment, warrantees it for a lifetime and then rips off the elderly when their crappy, "warranted", equipment breaks down.
Does this sound like a company you want to do business with? Buyer beware!

I spent several thousand dollars on an oxygen concentrator. It is a POS. I'm having to send it back for repair, which will cost me 90$. A replacement "loaner" concentrator will be 400$, so I will be homebound over the holidays. The 6 hour battery lasts maybe 3 hours. The 4 hour battery lasts maybe an hour and a half. Every SINGLE word the salesman said to me was a lie. BEWARE!

I would NEVER do business with this company! I ordered a portable oxygen unit. I explained to Rick Masterson that my last unit was not keeping my oxygen level up. He assured me I was buying the best on the market. I asked about a trial period in case it didn't keep my oxygen up. He said I had 30 days to try it. Shortly after I got it I called him and told him it wasn't keeping my levels up when I walked and that the battery would die within 90 minutes. He had an extra battery approved at an extra charge and told me that the medical director said about an "oximizer" that would help increase the oxygen intake. I waited a few days and didn't receive it. I called again. He apologized and said I would get it the next day. Two days later my husband called him to ask about a stand alone battery charger since the batteries weren't keeping up. We were on speaker phone - I told him that I still hadn't received the oximizer and that I was approaching the 30 day trial period end date. He told my husband and I that I had until January 14th. I told him that I had ordered it at the end of November. He said he was looking at the invoice date and that it was December 14th and the 30 days would be January 14th. We STRESSED that this information needed to be accurate because we were having issues with the unit not being able to keep my oxygen levels up. We were still waiting to try the oximizer. We finally received it and I took extreme notes on when I used the unit to see how fast the batteries were dying and what my oxygen levels were in different situations (ie: walking a few feet vs from my house to the car, etc...). It was clear the unit was NOT going to help my medial needs. I called Rick to return it. His attitude quickly changed and he said he needed to transfer me to customer service to handle the return. Autumn took the call. She said there was no notes regarding an extension of time! I gave her the list of dates, times and conversations that I had with Rick Masterson from the very first call I ever made. She said she would have to transfer me to Rick and I had to take it up with him. She transferred me and I was on hold for 90 minutes until my husband got home and I was able to have a witness to what was going on. We called from his phone. He asked for a supervisor and we were put in touch with Aerial. I told her I was recording the call. I went through the entire story and told her that I was going to file with the Attorney General, the BBB and Medicare for their unscrupulous sales practices. She said she would honor the return and emailed a return label. I returned the unit. LPT sent a refund to my credit card but withheld $204.00. I put together an invoice for the 90 minutes that Rick Masterson ignored me (equivalent to what I charge for my consulting LLC) as well as the interest that was charged on my credit card (on a $3500 purchase) since I was going to return it before the 30 day period, but Rick Masterson dragged it out. I emailed with "attention Aerial" the invoice and told her that I was going to give them 3 days to credit my Discover Card or I was going to file the complaints for unfair sales practices to the Colorado Attorney General, the BBB and Medicare. I had no response. On Tuesday I called at 5pm and spoke to Colin. I asked if Aerial was available to confirm receipt of the email. I told Colin the entire story and he said that Aerial is his wife and to "please give her until 8:30 tomorrow morning, I promise she will call you first thing in the morning." I received no call. I called on Wednesday afternoon and asked if Aerial was available and was told yes. I was put on hold for 30 minutes and Aerial was too much of a coward to take the call. The time and frustration that this company caused is sickening! They know EXACTLY what they are doing when dragging a customer past the 30 day trial period. There are several stories on the BBB site that are just like mine. These people and company are HORRIBLE!

LPT Medical adviser Chase helped us select a portable oxygen concentrator. After discussing our needs, Chase suggested the Zen-O Lite machine, which was less expensive than the Inogen we were considering, and had more features. Chase was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! The Zen-O Lite is perfect for us! What a wonderful experience working with LPT Medical, and what a wonderful product!
