The battery does NOT hold as long of a charge as we thought it would. So that's been a little disappointing. The bigger battery pack put additional weight in the unit and the lightness of it is why it was ordered so that defeats the purpose.

So far has been very pleasant & helpful and hopefully I will receive my freestyle oxygenator Soon

Ryan is helpful If it were not for the backpack Ryan included with the oxygen, I would not even had started up the concentrator and mailed it back due to the weight. Thank you for the backpack included with the order of my POC as I am able to carry more easily. Ryan has been very helpful, and I look forward to working with him in the future for any other issues.

Justin Thrasher was very helpful answering all my questions and was very professional. It was very pleasant speaking to him.
Since she received her inogen she has only used it twice, it is going to take her getting use to it being a pulse flow and not constant flow. In time I think she will like it more.
