I'm new to using a CPAP and have had to try a few different mask styles to find the perfect fit which is what brought me to 1800CPAP... The masks are very reasonably price compared to some other retailers and although I do have a prescription for the ResMed N30 I greatly appreciate that I've now been able to purchase two different style masks without having to go through the hassle of getting my prescription changed to make the purchases or have it verified for the orders to ship... I also greatly appreciate that shipping is free and fast, with both orders I have received the mask within 3 days via USPS. Thank you for the great service!

All I was looking for was a replacement mask for my BiPap. In my search, those I would usually rely on, websites were either not working properly or the time to receive the was going to take beyond a week. Admittedly, 1800CPAP did indicate they usually expect 5 business days. OK... but, and to my surprise, the mask was on my doorstep within 48 hours of the order given online. Saw the adapter advertised elsewhere and ordered it from 1800cpap. Item works great and it provides the ability to add essential oil drops to make breathing on the CPAP mask and machine a pleasant experience.

I ordered headgear which was shipped in a timely fashion and a tracking number was provided. USPS never delivered. I called to see if 1800CPAP could check on the shipment and when they did, they realized there was a problem and reshipped with UPS which I received the next day.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
