She was pleasant and helpful and was wonderful and didn't mind my rambling on, Later that week when I returned something that I bought in error They again were attentive and pleasant, Operations coordinator Casey H was also very helpful and pleasant This is sooooo nice to deal with a place that cares call me old fashioned but I think this company cares about its customers so I am sticking with this company for my extra needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs supplies or extras like me
My experience with purchasing a Cpap machine from 1800CPAP was outstanding. The salesman I worked with was very knowledgeable and helped me make the best buying decision. He even knocked $1,000 off the price of a brand new machine, making it more affordable, so I wouldn't have to only consider the rebuilt units which made me uncomfortable. And when my doctor's prescription wasn't written correctly for the type of Cpap recommended, the salesman immediately called me for my doctor's phone number & contact information. It took several calls to get it all right, but he was right on it and it got shipped the very next day, with 1 Day shipping at their expense, since they had promised me they would mail it out a day earlier. The salesman knew I wasn't sleeping much without my machine(my old Cpap had stopped working after 7 years), and I was so grateful that he cared enough to make my order a priority. Wide selection of machines and replacement parts; fast order processing; prompt delivery. I recommend this site for ordering with personal funds but not if you plan to file an insurance claim. The medical codes and store information provided were not accepted by BC/BS and BC/BS claimed the company did not respond to inquiries for verification. Claim was never paid for replacement CPAP.

Cannot breath without it, but unable to get a good seal around the nose. Also, it is cumbersome to take on a flight and clean.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
Answer: Hello You are able to drop your machine off to our Maineville location Monday through Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. Please note that payment will not be issued the same day as the unit must still go through the appropriate inspection process. Please bring all required paperwork.
