If I could give them 0 stars I would. My husband and I went on vacation to Maine and on arrival, the power cord to his CPAP machine had broken. From this so-called 24/7 company I ordered a new cord. I CHOSE them because I thought 24/7 actually meant they worked 24/7. I ordered the cord to be delivered by UPS overnight air delivery. This cost me an additional $65 dollars but it seemed worth it because my husband really needs this piece of medical equipment to BREATHE at night. I assumed they would get it onto a UPS plane THAT NIGHT. Haha, no. They didn't even get it to UPS until MONDAY and it arrived on Tuesday. He went 4 nights struggling to breathe or just sitting there awake.

I sent them 4 emails asking for a refund of the shipping and they never responded.

A week later, after having all my emails ignored, I called and asked for my $65 dollars back. The cord would have arrived in the same amount of time if I'd gone with free shipping. The customer service girl, Debbie, said they would not even consider refunding my shipping because they said it was written in the fine print of the terms and conditions that they didn't work from Friday night until Monday morning.

Figuring she didn't have discretion to issue refunds, I asked to speak to her supervisor but that person was "too busy", in Debbie's words. I left my number and email and asked for the supervisor to contact me; he/she never did.

This is just a really unprofessional, dishonorable company all the way around. If you can avoid ordering from them, do yourself a favor and find another company.

The company is fine, they are legit and don't listen to some of the people here that are over-exaggerating. Like the person that says the BBB gave them a grade of F. I don't know where that person got their information from or she is just lying but on the company is not accredited by the BBB so there isn't a grade for them. If you make it simple for the company you will not have a problem!

Really bad customer service. I ordered a complete mask from them. In my inbox I had have a notification that my order had shipped. The next email in my inbox was a promotion offering a free hose with the purchase of a mask. I wrote and asked if they would honor the promotion since I had just ordered a full mask. I received an email back that pretty much just said "NO"

My phillips respironics broke down and I needed a new power supply. I could not find this replacement part online and thought I would have to buy a new one. 1800cpap has the power supply for a very low price and for the exact cpap machine that I own. I am so happy that I got this.

I ordered CPAP parts on 03/27 and my credit card was promptly charged. The address needed correction so 9 days later my order has not been shipped. I did some research and found out the BBB gave this company an "F" and it also commented that No reputable company charges you for parts 9 days before shipping!
Fool me once...

This company is running a scam! I ordered a cpap for my fiance for Christmas. We live in the UK but I wanted to give the business to an American company - big mistake. First of all, the seller should not let you purchase any of their products without advising that you MUST provide a prescription. Because this was going to be a gift for someone else, I wasn't aware that cpap machines require prescriptions.
Fine, my mistake. After I placed the order the company called me and asked for a prescription. I was able to supply this even though the prescription was written in the UK. The next email informed me that the prescription I submitted didn't match the travel cpap I had ordered. My options:
1) upgrade my order to a different cpap which cost $200 more
2) cancel the order and pay 15 percent restocking fee for an item which had never even left the shelf to be delivered to me!

In the meantime, I saw that my credit card had been charged for the full amount of the product which the company told me I could not order. I promptly contacted my credit card company and explained the situation, after which they refused to accept the charges. Five months later, 1800cpap.com is still calling my house and harassing me and my family. I urge you not to do business with them and save yourself hours of unnecessary hassle and money.

After reading some reviews and just ordering from this company, I had to share as well. I had a very good buying experience from them. I ordered a machine that was recommended for me to buy. I first called the website, and I think I got ahold of a manager or maybe an owner. Anyhow I could not have been more pleased with the way they answered all my questions and concerns. They were very helpful and polite. I got my machine on time, and after going over details with 1800cpap.com I didn't feel overwhelmed when using it for the first time. Best customer service, seems like they really care about helping people. I would Highly recommend this company who is looking to buy any cpap supplies. Happy, Happy!

I usually don't take time for feedback, but since I've had a really good experience with this company, thought I would. After searching the internet for a cpap mask, I came across their website, I had some questions about the product I wanted to buy, so I called the company. Their customer service was very helpful and answered all of my questions. After feeling confident having all my questions answered, I decided to give them a try. I have to say the prices were very good compared to some other sites I was on. So I ordered, it was delivered on time like they said and I have to say that the mask is everything they said it would be. If you are looking for any cpap supplies, I would highly recommend this company. Very good customer service, good prices, and prompt delivery. Thank you 1800cpap.com, I can now sleep!

I ordered a replacement hose to be shipped overnight and paid nearly $30 in shipping. They sent the wrong product. Now, trying to get it replaced, with their "24/7" customer service, there is no one there, you have to leave a voicemail, and they don't call back. This company stinks.

Terrible customer service, BUYER BEWARE. I wish I had read this site before ordering. This company charges a 15% restocking fee even if they don't ship your order. There are plenty of reputable companies to deal with do your research before ordering from this site.

I bought a CPAP machine and the experience was fine. But the machine itself was only OK. It was too uncomfortable for me to sleep with on, so I wanted to return it but it ended up being too much trouble. 1800cpap is fine but I guess I'm not sold on the whole CPAP thing.

I ordered a CPAP machine from this company, they charged my credit card immediately, and when it did not ship in a timely manner I was told it was on backorder. A reputable company:

1.) would not charge your credit card until the items you order ship
2.) would advise when an item is on backorder on their website... or at least send an e-mail informing the customer that an item is on backorder after the order is placed.

This is a dishonest and shady company

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I place an order, they took my money, then a few days later they informed me that they couldn't fill my order, and when I therefore cancelled they held back 15% of my refund "per policy!" I think this is how they make their money!

I needed a travel cpap machine very quickly to go with me on a deployment for the Red Cross. I was advised about a particular machine. I paid $50 for overnight shpping. When it arrived it was heavier than my regular cpap machine, with equal dimensions just vertical instead of horizontal. I had told the salespersons my need for low weight but she recommended this anyway. They have a 15% restocking fee. Then they sent it to the wrong address. When I explained that it had been misrepresented, she agreed to a 5% restocking fee, but would not take away that charge. It was sent to the WRONG ADDRESS, so I did not get it the next day, as paid for, but had to finally track it down and go to the post office to get it. They would not refund the shipping, and when I asked to speak to a manager (the owners) I was told they would call me. I have since left 5 messages but no return call. Its been six days now.
